Pretty good for conditioning. Love the combination of plyometrics and sports specific movements! However, I would advise maybe setting the interval, basically turning it into HIIT. Conditioning is tricky for wrestling since it uses elements of all three bioenergetic systems. I love the videos man. Keep up the great work!

I’ve done hard cardio seven days in a row now. and since the weather is nicer there’s this steep hill that’s a 15 minute walk from my town house that’s real steep and I sprint up and walk down. I repeat thirty times and probably gonna add ten next week. if I tried to run down I’d fall . but walking down still works the legs and like I said I sprint up hard as I can so my heart rate stays up. and i did my heavy bag half an hour sometimes both kicks and punches and sometimes just punches with foot work and head movement. unfortunately I’m not gonna spar until this pandemic dies down which it will. stay strong dawg .

U should try wrestling, for the first 2-3 months ur gonna suck and get pinned 99% of the time, but after that you should get the hang of it.
