    really came at the right time. my son julius florence was really upset that he didnt get to state last year. I told him its the stuff that coach doesnt see that gets you there. told him on saturday or sunday that he needs to something to perfect his craft during the season. this will be perfect for him. quick but effective. check him out when free. he wrestle for beech grove. yep

    This season coach brought in a college wrestler to help with things like this in addition to regular practice. Didn't realize how out of shape I was.

    I have our youth club split in 2 groups. 1 group stance and motion 2nd group wall sits. Great movements cayden!

      Finally did it couldn’t do the push ups, and the sprawl i didn’t do them because i wasn’t on a mat but I will keep working on this till I can do it all with his pace

    Cayden I'm starting high school wrestling in a week and something I noticed in my middles school year was that I was so nervous before a match and that led to many losses. Do you have any tips on how to prevent this?

      don’t be so nervous get into the mindset that your gonna go out on the mat and win

    Im 18 don’t know jack about wrestling looking to get in a learn I have very good cardio Im 141, 5’8 lean I run, cycle and play basketball and workout. I recently started doing boxing drills at home and working on Muai Tai form for kicking aswell. Do you have any tips for someone who’s getting into wrestling?

    Aye Cayden i never did wrestling before and i’ve been watching your videos and when i actually start to do the moves i find it a bit challenging any tips?

      Drill one move over and over for long periods and make sure you are doing it with perfect form every time and you will get better and it’ll be les awkward and you will be sore if you never done it before but that’s part of the process

    hello Cayden I have a brief question: Is it possible to combine strength and endurance training? Or, in other words, is it possible to appropriately mix strength and cardio in a workout session?
    or should I concentrate on strength for a month and cardio the next?
    I hope that makes sense.
    I do bjj but want the strength and cardio of a wrestler but don't know how to properly create a workout schedule that balances cardio and strength.

      Just do endurance workouts and strength workouts separately

    So I recently started highschool wrestling and I’ve been loosing to people on their first day when I’m almost on my 6th, what’s up with that?
    I’ll try to describe my experience, we are given drills but almost no time to practice it during a match and when I try it, it doesn’t work. Other people have better techniques even after being there for a short while.
    Is there anything I can do to be better?

      Hmm ya usually that doesn’t happen. Seems like you haven’t been progressing… whether that he you’re not weight lifting or even not training in the summer. It all starts with taking responsibility

    Hey how long is the wall sit for?

      it's usually best to try and hold it for as long as you can, but if you guys use it as a warmup exercise like i do before practice, about 35 seconds to a minute would be the best option

    Just godet done with my first wrestling meet of the year and it was my first time wrestling varsity I went against someone clearly stronger but I didn’t let that get to me but I got angry after he slammed me in 10 seconds and when I get angry I don’t control anything forget my technique and don’t listen to my coach. Any tips on how to control anger?
