I recently started doing boxing drills at home and working on Muai Tai form for kicking aswell. Do you have any tips for someone who’s getting into wrestling?

Drill one move over and over for long periods and make sure you are doing it with perfect form every time and you will get better and it’ll be les awkward and you will be sore if you never done it before but that’s part of the process
hello Cayden I have a brief question: Is it possible to combine strength and endurance training? Or, in other words, is it possible to appropriately mix strength and cardio in a workout session? or should I concentrate on strength for a month and cardio the next? I hope that makes sense. I do bjj but want the strength and cardio of a wrestler but don't know how to properly create a workout schedule that balances cardio and strength.

I’ll try to describe my experience, we are given drills but almost no time to practice it during a match and when I try it, it doesn’t work. Hmm ya usually that doesn’t happen. Seems like you haven’t been progressing… whether that he you’re not weight lifting or even not training in the summer. It all starts with taking responsibility
it's usually best to try and hold it for as long as you can, but if you guys use it as a warmup exercise like i do before practice, about 35 seconds to a minute would be the best option
Just godet done with my first wrestling meet of the year and it was my first time wrestling varsity I went against someone clearly stronger but I didn’t let that get to me but I got angry after he slammed me in 10 seconds and when I get angry I don’t control anything forget my technique and don’t listen to my coach. Any tips on how to control anger?
