    As others mentioned, it is truly rare to see a company so honest and transparent about their products. It definitely gives us consumers confidence in what we are buying. I also like the fact Active does not have hundreds of products, but rather focuses on a few to make them better than the competition. Active's customer service reputation is growing and I plan on being a new customer very soon. Thanks for the product update and information.

    I have a 2.0. It works great and I've had zero problems.
    To some of the negative questioners, I say:
    If you want really good, get the 2.0 and enjoy.
    If you want cheaper, get the VE 52 and quit complaining.
    If you want to be really cheap, go to Walmart. And, be sure to keep your receipt.

    I have a gas pressure washer that is over 20 years old that puts out over 3.0 GPM and about 3000 PSI that is still running and you can buy today for about $500.00 to $600.00. I also have an electric pressure washer from Green Canpump rated at 1.9 GPM and 1400 PSI for $650.00. Active is selling this second iteration of junk ( bought the VE Series returned same day do to surging issues) that will only last 200 Hours for just under $500.00!! People give your head a shake and stop paying for crap and allowing these companies to get rich making garbage.

    • @ACTIVEPRODUCTS
      @ACTIVEPRODUCTS  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Gas pressure washers can last longer than electrics, and agree that performance is much better than any (even ours) electric. However it’s not convenient or even allowed for some users. I was curious and looked at the Green Canpump site and they do sell quite a few good looking units. However I would caution that most of those units capable of the numbers you quote won’t run off a standard household receptacle like ours will (theirs are over 16amp). I’m sorry you experienced surging issues on your VE52 (I assume it was an earlier model which we never realized people would add super long hoses too - subsequently rectified) and I welcome this sort of discussion - if only to try to explain what we do and hopefully convince people our stuff isn’t “crap”. I agree there are a lot of companies marketing stuff out there but I assure you we try to be intentional and thoughtful in what we build and put out. Hope you give us another chance.

      @@ACTIVEPRODUCTS My Green Canpump is on a regular house hold 15 amp circuit, and runs just fine for the last 3 years. The price for the Active just does not add up.

    • @ACTIVEPRODUCTS

      I tried to find it on the website but couldn’t find it. And we haven’t seen or verified any pressure washer on the market that can achieve 2.0 and 1500 PSI on a regular household circuit. If you sent me a link to it I’d love to test and try it!

    Just got mine from your March shipment to the US. Planning on setting it up today with a 75' KobraJet hose. The only negative I've ever seen about Active products is reports about surging with 50' or longer hoses. Has the issue been addressed?

    Is there a wall mount options besides using a shelf? Wondering if Active ever thought about a bracket style mounting option so that the VE52 could be easily removed from a wall, and made portable.

    Hey folks - just got my 2.0 ~ Question.... I am not mounting mine on a shelf. With my setup I want to simply carry my unit out to my "area" and sit it on the pavement. I mounted some rubber donuts on the bottom for stability and just to keep it off the ground. Any ideas on this? Am I going overboard ? I DO have an old cart with handle that I am thinking about using but it'll loose the positive of it being so small....

      The good news is it’ll be easy to carry to wherever you need to! We’ve had quite a few consumers asking for a more traditional all in one pressure washer with integrated wheels, hose reels, storage, etc. and it’s something we may do in the future.

      @@GLI_1701 yeah definitely not worth it at that price, but when they're in that $70-$100 range they make a pretty good home machine, I get 1900 psi out of mine which is great for the driveway and stuff. I recently bought the 2.0 and it’s a huge step up from my previous pressure washer that broke. I do have one petty complaint about the power cord tho, It’s kinked and I can’t get it to straighten out for anything. When I try to roll it up it’s more triangle shaped rather than round. Annoying yes, I expected better but that will not keep me from using or recommending it.

    • @ACTIVEPRODUCTS
      @ACTIVEPRODUCTS  ปีที่แล้ว

      That’s good feedback and not something we’ve heard. We can see if this is something to improve. I’m guessing most of our early users are using their 2.0 in a more semi-permanent set up so maybe that’s why we haven’t heard as much noise about the cord. Thanks, we’ll look into it!
