these are my favorite kinda videos. i converted my bike 2 years ago (your channel was SUPER Helpful), and the bafang bbs02 has been solid since then, zero issues.

It is a gravel bike w/interupter brakes. I have three customers that have had me move their conversion motors to different bikes, one to a third that is a trike (stroke). You can't do that with a factory e-bike.

I have a bbs motor and I have a display with the wrong connector. It's the triangular green type not the green round type, will it work if I change the connector.

I think the triangular connector is for motors with Canbus protocol communication. It will not be compatible.

@@droneracer Round connector = uart. Triangular = canbus. They are not compatible. There are many uart displays out there, including the eggrider which you can also use to program your controller.
