Snow dragon seems like a perfectly fine card. That last breathability just needs a clause that I can only be used once per turn

4:00 Man, would it have to be changed in MTG like Necrovalley was (from yugioh)? It's rather unclear what would "affecting the graveyard" (I'm guessing it's "affect", not "effect") really mean.

Those spark spells require that spell to be the planes walker ability for the turn so the green one makes sense. It means you can't use that planeswalker's loyalty ability for the turn

I have an interesting idea, but I wouldn't know how to implement it, let alone show it. I was thinking something like that Friend of Wolves guy, but... Trixillia, Guardian of Fate (3WB)
Legendary Planeswalker - Sphinx
Starts with 2 loyalty.
When Trixillia, Guardian of Fate enters the battlefield, create a 0/3 white and blue legendary token named "Prophet's Words" with Vigilance, Defender and Indestructible. As long as you control Prophet's Words, Trixillia, Guardian of Fate has Hexproof.
+1 - Prophet's Words loses Defender until end of turn, and gains +1/+0 for each loyalty counter on Trixillia until end of turn.
-1 - Exile Trixillia, Guardian of Fate. At end of turn, return Trixillia to the battlefield under your control.
-6 - Sacrifice Prophet's Words. Take an additional turn after this one.
The idea behind Judy was more Gobelin Sharpshooter. But Massacre Girl is a valid comparision, lol.

23:00 honestly, a flusterstorm for abilities would be somewhat fair, it theoretically stops the super greedy with their crazy value. It would need a specific variation of storm like, "ability storm - copy this spell for each ability target player put on the stack this turn." Otherwise, the caster can build their own value train and make the copies themselves. Probably a green card since they've countered abilities in the past? Personally, I'd add colors to it to make it less ubiquitous, maybe {G}{W/U}
Feels like a mechanic that would only be playable in digital. Way too many ways to miscount how many abilities went on the stack in the turn.

i love using ichormoon gauntlet which is sorta close to that
Arcanis Ultra's right, I wasn't around for my last card but Ragnarok's win condition is based off of Norse Mythology, where the world would rise again after the burning of the world with two human survivors, Líf and Lífþrasir. I tried to balance the card by making it Legendary (you need at least one legendary creature, maybe your Commander in edh formats), making it target a lot of things through damage (can be thwarted by indestructible, shroud, hexproof, etc) and being specific in exactly 2 humans. It's possible that you could try to combo with Ragnarok in some sort of lifegain burn deck, but it requires setup, which I feel every alternate win condition of this magnitude should have.
I will say about World's Birth, even at 0 Loyalty it still takes the ability use for the turn, if you don't have the select few cards that add more which is really rare outside Commander.

Re: Grievous Dealings/Spellflare, if it just said "each opponent" then it wouldn't target, which is relevant for a variety of things.
The amount of Blink, and Artifact Graveyard recursion absolutely busts Trash Heap.

City of Ass is still the best custom card.
for Nemesis, I think it should be without vigilance and have first strike and deathtouch.
Damage is Considered as "loss of life", but Loss of Life, is not considered as "Damage".

Honestly, I think Rias is a fair card. The most you will get out of it is a 3/4 demon and a card off the bat with the cost being 3 life. Heck, it dies to bolt, and any other card that deals 2 damage.

It’ll never not be funny to me when people just port yugioh cards into magic. Terms like "negate”, cards that name other very specific cards and playing cards from your library~ it’s like… very clearly made by a yugioh play who enjoys vomiting they entire hand deck and graveyard all out at once
