    Breathe and Flow is a travel, yoga and lifestyle channel.     I’m recovering from a mild case of COVID and this sesh was the perfect amount of time and challenge for me right now. On that note, our ying sessions and respiratory exercises were very useful for my recovery, they soothed my mind and helped me connect with that part of my body that was fighting the battle.     This was wonderful. I *really* appreciate Bre’s cues about which muscles need to be activated when. Yoga sometimes causes me lower back discomfort and part of it is because online instructors never say what part of the body should be working when.

    Absolutely loved the wrist openers. Some of the transitions were not intuitive to me, so felt sloppy on the first run through. I will also need blocks for the next time I take the class. Overall great flow.
