This was really fantastic. Had to modify some of the poses, but still really enjoyed this. Bre is a fantastic teacher. The only thing I really missed was the wrist warm-up 😢 I’ve come to associate B&F with wrist warm-ups (I’m so annoyed other instructors don’t teach this), so I was really missing that during this practice.
@@BreatheAndFlow of course! But it’s nice when it’s already integrated into the workout; every minute counts when you try to workout in the morning before work.
Loved this short routine. Would you consider doing a video that would be targeted at yoga when one is hypermobile? I sometimes struggle finding the right balance for my joints in the poses haha.

Um. I work five hours a day, mostly running and collecting garbage pales from people homes. Any suggestions on how much stretching in the morning I should do beforehand my quads hamstrings cramp up like crazy around bedtime. It hurts 😢
Many things can influence cramps and stretching alone might not be what you need. Sleep, diet, electrolytes, minerals etc play a big role. Cramps are when the nerves are in a confused state and a lot of things affect the nervous system.
I love your flows, for me one only thing I’d like to experience would be some classes where there is less talking. Especially during meditation. More silence, more chances to connect to myself without having to tune out the guiding voice. That’s maybe just me. I always find myself having to shut off the video during the meditation so I can silently meditate, though I do like some minimal guidance.
Bre and Flo, What is the difference between chataranga and chimichanga? Is there a difference?
Haha 😂 Chaturanga is the name of a yoga pose, chimichanga is a dish.

All joints are hyper mobile for you? Yes that will come in the future, for now it takes your awareness when you’re not stable enough.

You might need more water and electrolyles
