I am 29 and i as well want to enter ny 30's feeling better than i ever have. You inspire me to continue this journey! ❤️ Thank you for all the tips, and most of all thank you for being you 💕
Don't give up! I did and I'm in my early 30's and I regret not trying harder. Its not like your body magically gets weaker per say, but it's a bit harder. For me anyways.
The best part is the gym isn't going anywhere. Or if it did, there is another one in its place and you can always go! Just decide to when you have time ❤ Honestly, I hate the gym. So I signed up for a beginner class (even though I'm not necessarily a beginner). It felt nice being around people equally as freaked out as I was and having an instructor guide you through the process was super helpful! Made me more confident to try things on my own. So that's also an option you might consider. ❤
I turned 34 in late September. Thank goodness, over 2 years ago, I lost that 80 lbs. If I didn't do it, then I have no idea where I would be physically now.
No, seriously, I lost the 80 lbs in the first year. Then, I easily lost the rest in months. With the help of your videos, I lost it and kept it off. I'm a little light now, to be honest. At 6ft2 I'm 170 lbs. . . 180 lbs, back up to 180 lbs, please, 😆 . The funny thing is, I just lost 20 + lbs in two months enadvertently, and just in time for winter. I'm lean and cutty with abs. Right before summer, I'll be 190 + lbs 😂 I have no idea why that happens.
Love the 2 meal a day hack, I feel like as a fellow freelance/self employed person it just makes life so much easier. I also love the shorter workouts. I've been working with a coach this year and we do 3x 40 minutes of weight training a week and I've made more progress than I've ever made trying to do 5x a week. It also leaves room to try a fun class or hike as an extra workout without feeling burnt out.
You are amazing! You are heading into your 30s better than I did. I love having a routine. It helps me regardless of working my day to day job or not. I love that we're both January born. You never answered my question. Were you born early, mid or late?
Thank you. I appreciate you adding in that it's OK, preferable even, to "come back" to weight lifting gradually. I'm just now starting to get back to weight lifting after rehabbing a disc herniation and knee injury. At first starting off with 65/75 pounds on the bar was depressing and a long way from the 175 I'd worked up to during my time working with you but I enjoy being able to... stand and walk and getting on and off throne without wanting to cry. So, slow and steady out is! Again, thank you : ).
Hey girl! I wanted to ask. There's been a huge call out/exposure about lmnt having more maltodextrin than what's healthy being hidden in the "natural flavors". can you look into this and tell us your thoughts?
Omg I haven’t seen that! I’ll look into it! There’s quite a few people in the health space that I really trust who work with them but I’ll do my own research again too
Like measurements? I didn't really measure anything, I just eyeballed haha. It was probably like 10 oz milk? a big scoop of mud/wtr, maybe 1-1.5 tbsp cacao powder, one scoop of collagen and creatine, maybe 1 tbsp honey? and like 1/3 pack of chocolate lmnt! but the chocolate lmnt is sooo good in any warm beverage like coffee, hot chocolate, chai lattes, etc!
Watching this after coming back from the gym after having been sick for a week. Feels good.
Heck yeah! We’re in this together!

I love your videos! ❤
thank you so much for watching them!
Hope you are having an great and awesome day ❤
Creatine is still beneficial for you even if you’re not pushing it with work outs. It’s helpful for your mental health as well. ✨
Yes! Creatine has a ton of benefits!
Would coconut oil be ok instead of cocoa butter? Or is there a specific benefit with cocoa butter?
I just added it in for fat and because it’s yummy! You can totally do coconut oil instead!
@MissFitAndNerdy thank you 😊
Can we get specifics on that “fun functional morning beverage “? I have so much chocolate lmnt and I hate it lol
