Is now a good time to invest in stocks? I know everyone says stocks are cheap, but how long will it take for us to recover? Obviously, there are strategies to be used in this market, but these strategies are not available to the average person, so am I better off putting my money elsewhere?

With the way the market is moving, we'll mostly hold for longer than 2025 to realize profit gain, I think a video on "How to profit from the present market" will be more effective, I mean I've heard of people making up to 250K within few months and I'd like to know how.
@Jake Farmers That's right, I started investing sometime in 2018 and by late 2019, I pulled a profit of over $750,000 with no prior investing knowledge or skill, I was basically just following the guidelines set by the financial advisor I use, so you don't necessarily need to be a perfect investor or do the hard works, just have a professional guide you.

The toyota guy was right of course. People used to take out 3 year loans for gas cars back in the day. Then 5 then 7. Point being at the end of the day they will never be able to sell Teslas in Topeka and they will want everybody on a bus
Try to think about it in the context of total cost of ownership over say 20 years...if you truly care about cost. You can ignore ownership experience for now to truly appreciate value...as it seems potentially too overwhelming.
An electric car will last twice as long. Only has a 10% to 15% premium. You will be able to fuel for half the price of gas. EV's are the future.

One of the sleaziest Wall Street pumpers... he was pumping it massively, on paid CNBC time, at the top in 2021. He's been selling since, sold a lot of TSLA in the middle of 2022+ tax loss havested in december (sold to buy in january), no mention of that of course... My perspective:
Big difference between long-term investing vs short-term stock astrology.
Media loves the stock spin for entertainment - as Baron states here, something he watches while working out just for fun, but has zero relevance to his investment strategy.
I dealt with allot of dumbos that don't get these fundamental basics that Baron discussed in the full interview.
Lots of these "emotional" dumbos take media's mental junk food as gospel, panic buying or panic selling in the process. Basically just chasing a quick jackpot at a casino.

Model 3 costs as much as an Accord in CA
You can lease a Model 3 for about the same as a Corolla, and then save on fuel costs, maintenance, and be in the safest car. Open your eyes.
