For the first time in 16 years I made a folded/foldable egusi I usually shy away from cooking egusi soup because it never folds . But after watching this on friday lastweek. I made a very perfect Egusi soup on Saturday. it was a wow I was so wowed. Thanks so much now I want to cook Egusi soup every single day
Everytime I tried to cook this egg egusi I never get it right... This video came timely for me as I plan on making egusi soup today. Will definitely follow this process step by step. Thanks ma'am Rozy for sharing this with us. Authentic party egusi soup😋😋😋
This is too delicious for my weight goals. I tried it once and got hooked. I love all the pretty gadgets that you use in your kitchen. Keep on making life beautiful and delicious 😘
I made this today; followed through step by step, without the bitter leaf though. It was absolutely delicious 😋. My family loved it so much! Thank you for the detailed recipe and for always sharing recipes selflessly. God bless and reward you bountifully❤️.
Ooh Roxy you have come again with your mouth watering recipes. The meat where well seasoned and barked to perfection. Love this particular FRYING method you used. Now I'm hungry👌
You always inspire me whenever i see your recipes they are super amazing i cant wait to try this thanks so much for this lovely share just love it.... lots of love from Portugal 🇵🇹 ❤
This looks like the real Egusi soup I used to eat at this Nigerian church I used to attend in my town. I loved it and want to lesrn to make it myself! I found some recipes on YT thatt look different. Are those leaves spinach though?!? I thought they had a different name and they are definitely not the normal spinach!!!! It looks rather like what Americans call collard greens!!!
I really love the soup and whenever I see your videos I become so hungry! However, for how long can a poor family be able to afford such luxury? There was so much addition of ingredients, meat etc. An average citizen can't afford that talk less of a large family like mine! I pray I become rich to enjoy such delicious meals
