Sharing with you how i make my Original Nigerian Egusi Soup( Ilu - Oke ).
Ingredients:
700g Egusi ( Melon)
500ml Palm Oil
Stock Fish
Dried Fish
Assorted Meats
Oven roasted Chicken
Seasoning: Curry, Thyme & black Pepper
Maggie Cubes
200g Spinach
Locust Beans
Onions
Red Bell Pepper
Scotch bonnet Pepper
Salt
