    Just switched to a new brokerage and am looking forward to implementing all of this. I'm not a totally new agent as I've been in the business for a year now. However, I did not have the best start. I'm using this opportunity at my new brokerage to "start over" and really double down on my lead gen and marketing. Thank you, Brandon! 😊

    My MLS doesn't have that fast stats sheet which sucks but I spent several hours creating a spreadsheet that looks similar and is 100% propietary, looking forward to doing it again next month now that I have the template down, that was the hardest part.

    Brandon! Love the videos! I am in the process of getting my license and have been watching and taking note of all your videos as they are very helpful. One thing I’m wondering, which brokerage should I hang my license at? What are some key things to look for when choosing a brokerage cause I want the best training i can get. I watched the video about a real estate team. Should I join a team or brokerage? Thanks Brandon!

    My redo includes getting the email and phone number of my sphere. I have literally 150 people in my FollowUpBoss that do not have any contact info- people from my old jobs that don’t work there that I cannot contact because I only have work phone and work email
