I was able to use the MSI flashback feature to flash the bios. Just had to rename it to MIS.ROM I did use the bios you linked, it was perfect. Thank you!!!

Hi. tryed this on my huananzhi x99-f8d with dual e5-2680 v3 and used v3x2_payne_20_20.ffs, no problem reflashing the bios but i cant see any incres in cpu speed, when i use cpu-z to stresstest i have the same speed on the cpu as i had before 2.89 ghz, shuld turbo to 3.30ghz, is there any other settings i shuld do in the bios or do this not work for my mb/cpu ?

HOWEVER i am using an e5-2696v3 and all core was at 2.6ghz and using your -0.090 -0.050 undervolt i got all core up to 2.9ghz. Is there any way to undervolt even further and get even more from this?
@@TheLoneCh33sburger thats normal then, you can at best use some finetuning undervolting and maybe try bclk at 103-104 to boost it to 3ghz all core but expect stability issues. also the reason it goes down to 2.9ghz is tdp limits

When I stress test the CPU-Z program, all cores go to max speed and after a while they drop to 2.4GHz or lower on all cores and temperatures rise above 90 degrees. HUANANZHI F8 WITH 32gb ddr4 ARTEMITER 2400 motherboard.Power plan don't change anything. Is set to maximum performance on windows.
Thats mean your cooler its not good enough to handle, when temp is reach 80c~90c all mhz will drop for safety. please get a better cooler, im using custom water coolign that good enough to handle below 50c~ :)

At the ACPI settings, S1(CPU stop clock) just removes the option to sleep and S3 (Suspend to RAM) is still the same of freezing upon waking up. S2 & S4 is not an option. Fiddling with the options with no Luck so far. I guess this is the price for marginal increase in performance

I just uploaded the latest bios from May CX99DE25.BIN for huananzhi f8 and my Xeon 2678v3 runs at max 2899Hz speed. I try to do the same with the new bios as shown in the movie, but receive a message while flashing on CMD ''Error 26: The host CPU does not have read access to the target flash area. To enable read access for this operation you must modify the descriptor settings to give host access to this region ''

ah and another question, what is the maximum number of watts that the card has used in your setup
600w with 80+ that be enough i guess if you not overclock memory or cpu, r9 280x max power around 200watt, you can undervolt it with tools RBA or Radeon Adrenalin tool. and your cpu is low TDP power not need to worry about it.

Is there a way to reprogram it without using a programmer?
nope..if bricked or etc you need flash programmer to restore it back your bios. if using any board like asus just use USB drive or dvd drive.

Thanks for the bios. The computer starts up and lets me set up a Freedos, so my idea is to use the command fpt.exe -f "bios.bin" to see if it flashes and lets me install windows 10 correctly since it wouldn't let me.

on chinese motherboard memory cannot be overclock on E5 26xx V3 or V4.. with E5 16xx V3 should be no problem on chinese motherboard ✌️
