  • Get ready for the ultimate 20 minute abs workout. No repeat, 34 core exercises to strengthen your abdominal muscles.
    In this video the exercises last for 30 seconds before we get 10 seconds for me to demonstrate and for you to transition into the next exercise.
    This core workout is not a beginner level. The ab exercises may be quite intense at times, so this workout is more suitable to intermediate/advanced.
    I will make exercise modifications throughout for you to make any adjustments you may need.
