Hi Derek, this is a good question. Our surgeons are experienced to use different models of ADR implant depending on each patient case. Most patients with disc degeneration and a loss of disc height present with a degree of facet arthropathy. The reason is because the loss of disc height causes the facet joints to become misaligned, leading to inflammation and eventually arthritis. Restoring height to the spine segment with an appropriately sized prosthesis allows the facet joints to spread apart and glide again. Their active blood supply (unlike spinal discs) allows for rehabilitation. Every case is different and there are limitations with each spine technology. @@wastedapex3868 they is some things to do to help u get better depending what your mr scaning said? have you talk to any doctor? make any mr scaning? if yes you can start with homon epdural injection . Injection directly in to the nerve if that make the issue. Take some medication (if you have muscle spasma) try 2 pain killer with backlofen before bedtime. What also help me for my stif muscle spasma is (botax) people use for bigger lips wrinkles. Ever 3 mont my doctor inject 1 ampul in my lower back. if you have inflormation get from your doctor (depromedron injection 80 mg ) is help me 3 month. But my case was complicated 5 surgery and still fighting and look forward

It caused infertility in me but everything works fine. Can definitely feel neuropathy from specific contractions but it’s nbd.
