Watching him hold on to the surfaces like that I completely understand. The weakness that develops from having DDD for so long is one of the worst parts. Any movement causes pain so you become sedentary and weak. It’s awful. A vicious cycle of pain and weakness.
Yes , I heard being sedentary is the new equivalent of smoking ! Dangerous !

Of course this is a real issue but when your life becomes a painful nightmare you have no choice. I would like to know the long term results like with hips substitutions
ADRs last 70yrs and don't cause the domino damage to the other discs. I just got one 8 days ago. No bedrest like fusion!
