I'm 24 years old I had a Laminectomy almost 2 years ago. I herniated 2 discs the L-4 S3 and the L-5 S1 during a leg press set. The L4 was pinching the Sciatic nerve and was a lot of pain 24/7. The L5 was herniated but not much, so the Neurosurgen decided that there's no need to touch the L5 but the L4 needed to be fixed.
He removed the fragmented disc particles and liberated the nerve. Nothing more nothing less. It was an instant releved , surgery was on september 2013 I was on the Gym on March 2014 doing normal rutines not too much weight do.
Now after almost 2 years I'm feeling severe lower back tension and when I lift weights I feel some pinch on the right side of the lower back. I need to ice my back everyday just to drop the preassure. I think I need to get a disc replacement in L4 and L5 cause I don't want to keep living like an old man I"m a baseball player love the Gym and everything that has to be with physical activities. Also I wanna be able to play with my kids when the day comes. Just to feel normal again.
Thanks and any advices are welcome.

I wish her well my advice is to baby her back no heavy lifting, etc. something I wish I would have done, although my job required it. of course dr. may say she can live a normal life I would take it easy if I can.

Soon the M6 is coming to America its the best artificial disc they've done 50000 of them just not in USA I've done tremendous research on this. They just approved the m6 cervicle in America this year even though Dr. Lang in Germany has been doing it for years

Paul Carlo This is great news. Will this be covered by your insurance and will they be able to perform multiple disc replacement?

@@skidmark7845 I'm not sure. America the great is really behind the eight ball. This has been going on in Germany for years. They do multilevel and people are out riding dirt bikes. I think the hospital like the long recovery time with fusuon. Think about we go to there physical therapy, pain management, massages, and sergeons again when fusion fails. People are up and walking same day with m6. I wrote the Cleveland clinic team and told them to get on it because were all suffering. Lol

Paul Carlo Thanks for responding. I’ve been doing a lot of research on this and at only fifty years old and five degenerated disc in the lumbar region, I would rather spend out of pocket for the disc replacement than the fusion they’re wanting to do here. I’ve heard too many horror stories. Putting money in my savings to try and get this done. Hearing good things of Dr Ritter Lang and his staff

Who paid for this surgery how much is the costs? I read that medical insurance in American doesn't cover complete lumbar disc replacement surgery only lumbar micro endoscopic discectomy which often fails over a short period of time.

If you have back pain problem use ayurvedic remedies of Planet Ayurveda which Joint Aid Plus, Kaishore guggul, Lakshadi guggul and Yograj guggul. These products show great results. I also used these products when I had Backache problem and now i have no more backpain problem.
