I have had mine for 32 months and I am completely satisfied. The numbers line up very close to the track man. I’m only an 8 handicap so my numbers line up with LPGA numbers. The numbers are close enough for my game.
Funny you came out with this video right when I’m looking at these thanks for the information it was really helpful that 8 foot in front and behind is a super important point that I didn’t know about and I’ve been looking at this thing for months
Yeah you need 8 feet of ball flight, and originally I've always been told 8 feet behind as well. Although I've had good results still with it being a few feet less than that, so your mileage may vary there. On Thursday I'll be publishing the other side of this, 5 reasons you SHOULD buy it, so hopefully between the two you get a good idea of whether or not it's for you.
Agreed, should have #6 battery time. Had the unit about a year and was not using it much until I found awesome golf app. The pro package would be great but don’t trust FS software. Subscribed, well done!
@@breakingeighty I would like read your comment about Bushnell launch pro vs skytrak. I have it on mind Couple months ago. I have skytrak, garmin r-10 and voicecaddie sc300i. Mevo plus sometime In my mind but the space required killing me .
Thank You for content. Its been really helpful. I understand this review was from a year ago. Would you say, Rapsodo MLM 2 is close to comparable to Mevo+?
Eh, I don't know that I'd quite go that far. The MLM2PRO is great, but the Mevo+ definitely feels like a more professional level launch monitor. I think if you're just looking at a base Mevo+ without Pro Package/Impact/E6 package - then it's a closer match to Rapsodo. But the software on Mevo+ is better. That said the MLM2Pro will certainly do a good job, and I love their Combine mode for practicing.
requires 8 ft space no screen on device need to buy mevo+ pro package compared to garmin r10 already includes for a lot less more of a professional-oriented tool than customer slow, complex 5 min setup or end up with inaccurate data
Garmin r10 is not even close to either mevo + or skytrak....all the fancy data R10 provides are fake data, algorithm calculated, and well, no data is worst than wrong data; and not mentioning the painful setup needed for r10 and the mis-reads...
Can think of a lot more reasons why not to buy it…..I had one and sold it after 2 months. Spin numbers way off, carry numbers way off. I play off 2 so know how far I hit the ball….and what the mevo reads just doesn’t correspond with my yardages
Great video and thanks for doing these. In all of your testing, have you found that the Garmin R10 gives accurate club path and face to path numbers compared to Mevo+, Bushnell and other higher end tools or are they way off? Thanks!

Mevo + is the best LM on the market for coaches and players who are dedicated to improving.
Love your commentary and accurate opinions. Keep up the good work.

Should retest the Garmin again because of the updates and then aswell try e6 or awesome golf and I can promise you that it won’t disappoint.
Great review like always you do, very helpful. Thanks.
Thanks Jorge!

Sean do you know where I can try the Mevo+ in the Portland, Oregon area?

@@breakingeighty thanks that helps. I may start out with pro2. Now that I have spent 5k on rest of the setup. Keep up the good work. You have a gift

Did you reach out to customer support or something as you probably got a broken one?

I would like to know the answer here
WTF: I'm confused...
Saved me the time to find out that I don’t have enough room in my garage for it…
Yeah thats one of the big downsides to the Mevo+ - needs a lot of space!
The reason for no screen is probably because it has to be so far away from you
I guess u like getting thumbs down, otherwise you would stop rambling for view time!
