PERFECT BREAD in the THERMOMIX TM6

    This week we get baking banging bread! I make this weekly for my family, and it's always gone super quick, follow this step-by-step guide for a perfect bread recipe good enough for everyone!
    INGREDIENTS:
    640G Room temperature water
    24G Fresh yeast or 14G of dry yeast
    1000G of Strong white bread flour
    16G of Salt
    30G of Olive oil
    1 Teaspoon of sugar
    This is for two 2lb loafs

    6:31 I add water to a tray beneath meat roasts too. Helps them to cook so they're very tender. It would be lovely to have a real steam oven.

    Hi Chris - as a Kentish Brit living in Vancouver and a home baked bread maker but a complete novice with the TM6, I would love to make your bread but I can follow you on TH-cam generally however you say “put it on a setting” - what setting - that is the part that I don’t understand. It comes before warming the yeast, water and sugar. I’ve played your video over and over but just don’t get that instruction - remember I’m a newbie!!!!!

    Nicely done Chris. Y our ingredients list is missing sugar and it would be helpful to list the Thermomix setting under the recipe.

      Spray the top of the bread halfway through baking

    Hi Chris, the breads look amazing. How long is the setting for the yeast to activate and at what speed please?

      I put 640 g of water in the bowl at 40 degrees and the add the yeast and activate it for 10 minutes.
      Use the keep warm function initially to set the temperature.

      The setting was for 8 minutes

    Do you pre-heat the oven or you start the heating with the bread and hot water ?

      I pre- heat the oven before baking to 200

    how do u mix the yeast? 40 degrees but at which setting and for how long?

      Get the water to 40 and just let it sit for 10 minutes, no setting is needed.

    I think it is much better to make bread without the Thermomix.
