    Hi Laura - I have just got my first TM6 and am a long time home bread maker - could you please tell me what bread pad are you using - Beryl Harrington, Vancouver, Canada

      Hi congrats, hope you enjoy it as much as I do. If you already have your own system for rising bread eg in a bowl with tea towel then that's fine. Here in Australia, the Thermomix website sells a baking mat that I use to wrap the dough for it to rise. It traps in the heat and keeps it from drying out while it rises. Then you can bake on it and it's good to work pastry on etc. The info about it is in this link, thermomix.com.au/products/thermomix-thermomat I've just had a look on the Canadian thermomix website and this looks like it might be the same or similar. www.thermomix.ca/products/dough-mat?_pos=1&_sid=e9fd31dd2&_ss=r

    what temp do you bake the bread at?

      Hi I bake it at 180° C

      Hi I get my wheat from Honest To Goodness in 5kg bags. I have a wholesale account with them to get cheaper prices when we do big orders. I gather some friends so we all order together and they deliver free around Sydney.
