For a 12cr apartment, the finishing is not so good.. even at 720 settings one can easily see in the first 2 bathrooms the revels are very much crooked and not in a straight line [behind the toilet in powder room & above the sink in the 1st guest room], & vertical title joints or edges are not cut uniformly. and many more such details. one can also argue that interiors will anyways be re-done by the buyer later but for boldly claiming "ultra Luxury" this is definitely not the standard I would expect

@@alphamale3692 I was inquiring because on TH-cam if you see the claimed to be Lodha constructions, most of the internal walls are of gypsum or whatever the material is. In one video it is shown at the side of the main entrance door there is space for pipes which is totally of the so claimed gypsum board and if you break the gypsum you can enter the house
