1.5cr k hisaab se... Bahut hi sasta aur Bahut hi behtreen. Interior,har room mein attached acchi balconies,furnishing, 2475 ka 4Bhk area. Apartment ka design bhut hi khoobsurat. Main Market,Hospital,Metro bhi agar 3km ki range mein ho toh perfect.

No...not fully furnished. It will be semi-furnished and will include 5ACs, Geysers, fans, switches etc. Walls will be completely plain. All the interior work and furniture you have to buy yourself.
Except the master bedroom, all other bedrooms are too small even they have placed small beds to hide the space crunch and make the room look bigger but in real they are much smaller when you place a 6*6 bed atleast. Also the bathing area is quite small due to the design of toilets making it difficult for elder people to adjust.

Actually, Gurgaon is still expensive (nowhere near to Mumbai ofc) but if you check the houses and flats you get in Chandigarh at this price, you will get a heart attack.
For nearly 2cr seems a bit congested The balconies are narrow and everything just seems a bit too claustrophobic!! But nonetheless it may be someone's dream home So, Congratulations to the buyers for your purchase ☺️
