@@RedDeadRedemption60fps i do, the furniture they used in this showcase is so darn boring and heavy. the blinds and curtains are a let down too. most of the space on the first floor will never be used. I do like the outdoor terrace which they said can be customized according to each client which is a bonus. What about a servants room ? for 21 crores, one would surely have a live-in domestic help. Just giving my 2 thoughts, happy to hear yours.

1. You couldn't be bothered to clean the front balcony glass railing,
2. Fully paint the exterior walls visible from the back balcony (including the lack of finishing on that top beam at 6:08),
3. Finish and clean the parapet of the balcony (Room 4) at 15:58 ((the plaster is spotted and chipped) along with dirt along the skirting
4. Remove wood polish from window edges at 15:15
5. Level the two display panels at 10:43 at same height
6. Poor tile caulking and sealing for bathroom tiles at 16:57
7. Wood polish on bathroom at tiles at 17:19
8. Dont bother to clean the parapet at 20:53
Conclusion : Forget attention to details and just shell out the money.

Even if someone purchases this, there will not be peace of mind worth 21crores as daily there will be some problems like, water leaking from some wall, automatic curtain not working, sauna control malfunctioned, what to do with gym due to poor health, kids wasting money on gadgets, spouse on luxury shopping, monthly expenditure on higher side, family demanding to have luxury car to compete with others, car parking issues, watchman not as expected, maid handles the items/furniture in a harsh manner, someone playing loud music, association knocking door to invite for meeting, etc....
