you have to take into account the price of parks, sport fields, pools and other recreation things into the price. When you build your house on your plot of land you will essentially be in the middle of nowhere with zero facilities. Not to even mention the headache that comes with buying property, getting permits, keeping up with construction. Someone who can afford this house just does not have time for that.

2) why only one kitchen and dining area for all levels.?
3) where is the bar counter and drinking/smoking area.?...that should have been given a thought.

5) where is the proper gym.?
6) where is the reading room, drawing room and library.?

Ive been to this home my relative owns this the house itself isnt worth 14cr i think but the society and the club house are things you want in a residential society.
My 3 floor house fully furnished and with Italian marble ... costed me 4 cr. In a place like Jaipur...no use of buying this ...u don't even have a land on ur own in such a big price tag
