What I have honestly believed is that the grass is always greener on the other side. These houses may be heaven for you, but for us and those who are used to such luxuries, these are just another Home. I personally envy those wine yard estates and NYC penthouses..

Not necessarily. In the cities of Delhi and Mumbai, how would you build a 'mansion' in 20 Crores? It's only possible in backward areas and locations which have poor gentry.
Like in GK South Delhi- One of the poshest areas of Delhi, a 10000 sq land would itself cost more than 40 Crores presently.
In south Delhi the land of 400sq yard would cost 16 crore at 4 lakh / sq yard. In that you build 5 lantern , thus you get stilt parking with 4 floors thus parking area 3600sq ft and living area 15000 sq feet . Construction cost with interiors will be maximum 2 cr. Total cost of project 18 Cr.

What about maintenance charges how much ?? Even if they give us this luxurious penthouse at free of cost , we still cannot afford its maintainance charges , which will be around Rs 4-5 /- per sqft so for 15000 sqft apartment it will be around Rs 60,000-75,000 /- per month .
