  • In this video, I’m sharing my personal journey of healing abdominal separation (diastasis recti) after 3 of my pregnancies and how I’ve managed to maintain deep core strength throughout my latest pregnancy. I have actually had diastasis with all 4 of my postpartum journeys, although only knew for the most recent 3. I talk about how I was able to fully heal my abs in 5-10 minutes per day. I fully expect to have this again with this pregnancy/postpartum journey, and feel confident in my deep core exercise routine that I will heal it fully over time. This video has 3 great exercises as examples, but there are many different exercises that can be safe for pregnancy, postpartum and anyone trying to heal a diastasis recti.
