Regarding Single to Both Lateral Raise 3 X 10 drop down in weight then 10 more together! Do you do 1 set of 10 of each side then same weight but together? Then up the weight & repeat?
Is a 4 day split : Monday/arms -Tuesday/chest and abs - Wednesday/back and shoulders - friday rest and saturday/ legs correct? 4 day a week at the gym is the best I can do, and I hate training biceps or triceps after a back or a chest workout…
I will give these a try today! Some I do already, but you do them slightly different, I’m excited to try something new my ways even though I switch things up still feel repetitive sometimes. Thanks for sharing, I love how you always share good detail🥰🔥💕💕👍🏻
I LOVE your workouts seriously! It’s so funny because when I’m just looking at them at first on the screenshot I’m thinking this should be easy, not many workouts, I can blow through this. But then as I go up weights etc I’m realizing this is a kickass set 🤙🏼💪🏻 I’ve screenshot 5 to 6 workouts of yours and am using them as my workout guide for a couple of weeks! I’ll be changing up only 1 or 2 workouts here or there to spice it up and also ending with finishers if I’m not dead 😂😂 much appreciated dedication Hunter 🥰

😂 I want my girlies allll over that gym taking up all the spaces! You all deserve to be everywhere in there just like all the guys are. Of course you can modify if need be but don’t be afraid to branch out of your comfort areas in the gym. Luckily there is only one superset at the end in this workout so this should be fairly easy to do at anytime in the gym💪💜

I just don't want to be on top of folks; it's not really the men; I just want space. I'll definitely have it at the hour I plan on going though. LoL!
Follow the tips I give in the video and also mess around with the height of the seat and how you grip the handles. It’s a small range of motion needed for them to be contracted fully. If anything, sub it out for a rear delt exercise you can do!💪
No but there are a lot of them though! They are privately owned franchises so all of them will be slightly different and offer different pricing/packages. Mine had a student offer when I signed up which is cool. I’d just check out whichever one is near you and see what they offer.

Hi Hunter what is the benefit of the wide grip lat pull down as opposed to a regular one?
Not sure what you mean by “regular”, but different grips will alter what part of your back you are emphasizing/targeting more of when training!💪

I am not able to get a full range of motion on the Rear Delt Fly Machine. Any pointers to help me with that?
