Hi Coach Hunter! I saw this video as my grandma does this lesson! I tried this with her but I couldn't move her dumbbells from the ground, so she told me to do it without it. 😟 She did the full lesson with the dumbbells. I feel very unconfident 😔
Hunter: "I have very mobile and super healthy shoulders..." Me: "I definitely don't." They're always cracking. LoL. It doesn't hurt; but I just notice it. So, I avoid too much shoulder work; but I'm going to give this a try with lighter weight. Thank you, girly!
You should be fine with this workout, that was just regarding the cable curls. With the wide grip curls keep your arm more angled at a 45 degree direction rather than more drastically turned out like mine is!
