When you're living in the US or UK you have multiple sources for parts. When you live in other parts of the world it gets more limited. Only a few shops, like Moss UK and Rimmer Bros, are willing to ship international.
I've had issues with Moss as well. That part almost looks like it is just very poorly machined and is pure junk. I sometimes order from with Moss Europe which is a different company, Rimmer Brothers, Legacy, MGOC all of which are all much cheaper if you purchase in volume. Return shipping is expensive. They have pictures of the parts they sell.

It's sad to see that Moss would not do quality inspections on their parts providers. Another problem is poor quality Chinese or Indian made parts.
