Ladakh never wanted to be a part of Kashmir since they felt Kashmir pulled them down in terms of development and infrastructure. So only Kashmir is at problem. There is hardly any military in Ladakh except at the China border

Till then the Pakistan army and militants had captured almost 80% of area. Then I ndian army pushed them back and after 50-50 division UN took charge and a bilateral ceasefire was declared . Now according to the instrument of accession the king gave the full land to India and also Sheikh Abdullah the most prominent figure for kashmir independence also gave India support . Now it's your job to decide . I also love my pakistani brothers by the way only their army and governance is separating us .

India Occupied Muslim part Kashmir which have to be part of Pakistan as the partition principles of 1947 laid down by the Britishers. The state who is the largest hindu population will go to India and the state which has the largest Muslim population will go to Pakistan. Go check the 1941 census of Jammu and kashmir. Jammu had majority Muslim population with 61 percent and kashmir had majority Muslim population with 90 percent and predominantly the Muslim population wanted to go with Pakistan. But the problem arise when the Hindu king raja Hari saingh of jammu and kashmir wanted to accede jammu and kashmir with India. Junagadh state which was acceeded to Pakistan because of it's Ameer but Pakistan let the state go to India ...on the other hand we expected India to do same with Kashmir but India locked down Kashmir and it is the only place in world which is heavily m!litarized by India.
Plus, let us not forget the real owners of the land, the Hindu Kashmiri pandits. Who during all this were forced to convert or flee. They had no choice but to run and still have not returned. Kashmir is a mess, but I have little to no time for people who disregard humanity or have no regard for all displaced people or how the land was originally invaded as you rightfully brought up
Raja Hari Singh didn't just wake up one nice day to choose to join India after declaring independence. Pakistan invaded Kashmir, occupying just over 70% of the state till the king asked for help from India. For protection from pakistan, the king chose to join India. The reason why the votings never happened was because, Pakistan was ordered to first remove the troops from the region, which they never did. The removal of article 370 had many reasons. I would exceed the word limit id started stating every single one. It was removed mainly due to the continuous and never ending terrorist attacks, riots and so that controlling the state would become much easier. The removal of the article followed the "one nation, one rule" Policy. It also helped to develop the state. The violence in the region has decreased ever since. Ladakh never wanted to be a part of Kashmir since they felt Kashmir pulled them down in terms of development and infrastructure. So only Kashmir is at problem. There is hardly any military in Ladakh except at the China border

After just one and half months of independence the Pakistani army trained tribals and attacked the region then the King immediately signed instrument of accession joining india . Till then the Pakistan army and militants had captured almost 80% of area. Then I ndian army pushed them back and after 50-50 division UN took charge and a bilateral ceasefire was declared . Now according to the instrument of accession the king gave the full land to India and also Sheikh Abdullah the most prominent figure for kashmir independence also gave India support . Now it's your job to decide . I also love my pakistani brothers by the way only their army and governance is separating us .

India Occupied Muslim part Kashmir which have to be part of Pakistan as the partition principles of 1947 laid down by the Britishers. The state who is the largest hindu population will go to India and the state which has the largest Muslim population will go to Pakistan. Go check the 1941 census of Jammu and kashmir. Jammu had majority Muslim population with 61 percent and kashmir had majority Muslim population with 90 percent and predominantly the Muslim population wanted to go with Pakistan. But the problem arise when the Hindu king raja Hari saingh of jammu and kashmir wanted to accede jammu and kashmir with India. Junagadh state which was acceeded to Pakistan because of it's Ameer but Pakistan let the state go to India ...on the other hand we expected India to do same with Kashmir but India locked down Kashmir and it is the only place in world which is heavily m!litarized by India.

Raja Hari Singh didn't just wake up one nice day to choose to join India after declaring independence. Pakistan invaded Kashmir, occupying just over 70% of the state till the king asked for help from India. For protection from pakistan, the king chose to join India.
The reason why the votings never happened was because, Pakistan was ordered to first remove the troops from the region, which they never did.
The removal of article 370 had many reasons. I would exceed the word limit id started stating every single one. It was removed mainly due to the continuous and never ending terrorist attacks, riots and so that controlling the state would become much easier. The removal of the article followed the "one nation, one rule" Policy. It also helped to develop the state. The violence in the region has decreased ever since. Many schemes like "save girl child" And many education related schemes were implemented.
I like how biased she is and the fact that she undermines the problems of the hindu civilians. The pandits didn't just "leave".They were forced out of their homes. As far as I know, it's called an exodus.
There has been 3 wars with pakistan and one with China in the Kashmir region. Multiple terrorist attacks like the Pulwama Or even the one on 22nd December where 4 policemen were killed. Even the civillians have been killing each other(by each other I mean mostly the majority killing the minorities, if you know). Of course India would have military in the world's most disputed area. Do you expect us to make it easier for China and pakistan to invade? I didn't see you weeping after the Pulwama attacks where 19 soldiers were killed and to stop India from another surgical strike, pakistan deployed troops from every region including even from afghanistan border.

Article 370 was rightly revoked. If India is a union of state, then every state should be equal. Autonomy can also be granted without having a state constitution.
I mean seriously, if you don't want to be part of India, what do you want, to be Pak's? Whose economy is so weak, that sooner or later it's going to become a failed state. What else , independent? Then, my friend, even if you would get independence, Pak's military would try to invade you and would occupy the whole region.

1.Jammu and Kashmir's ruler signed Instrument of Accession with India, not with Pakistan and hence J&K is a PART of India
2. The people of J&K start protesting only after 80's, why? Because the Pakistan know by then how to build Terrorism among its people, as it had done in Afghanistan
3. The best joke of century would be Pakistan invading India. Wars of 1971 and 1999 are enough to show your Power of Invasion
4. If India had been committed attrocities towards its minority, it would not had been 3rd largest Muslim Populated Country in the world. Look at Pakistan's minority statistics at the time of partition and now, and then talk about India
5. Don't forget that 60k POW were returned by India to Pak in 1971 war as a kind gesture. If Pak didn't had returned Abhinandan, I guess, it won't be having POK by now.
