Remember what was stated in the middle of minute 6: 10 years is not a long time to transform a country. In the 1800s there were several European autocracies that transitioned to democracy but it was a bumpy road then just as it is now, you can move backwards before you move forward
@@mochalo4912 Not really. Democracy+ uneducated mass + Populism = 100% failed country. Democracy must be supported by highly educated population and powerful industries high up in the value chain, and there is no exception. If you think just adopting democracy will automatically make your country better, reality will teach you a lesson. Ask your self or your history teacher, how many countries emerge from developing country status to developed country status after WWII? How many of them did it via "democracy"?
This is the first thing came into my mind that they went backward from where they were. In Economics it is mentioned several times in many theories " Maximization of individual interests don't maximize collective interest". I don’t know when the muslim community learn their lesson.
If I tell you that you have to give me 80% of the money you make or I'll torture you in a cell until you do it anyway, is the right thing to do to just give me your money in the first place? If you resist me, things might end up even worse for you. If you capitulate, they'll be better, relatively. The fact that the outcomes have been ruined (in large part by the intervention of other countries) doesn't mean they didn't do the right thing or that they wouldn't/shouldn't do it again. There's always a good reason to resist. People are going to keep swinging for the fences so long as someone's got their foot on their heads, because the people standing on the common folk are going to press harder and harder to squeeze more and more out of them if they think they can get away with it.

If it hasn't been done yet: An episode on the IMF.
Sandra Gathmann! You look fabulous & your programme too. Though it is short but throws lots and lots of light on the issue you are talking of. Keep up the good work. Eager to see you again!
in Arab Spring, i heard the words Algeira, Egypt, Syria, and so on, but not Qatar or UAE, or Saudi, or Jordan XD
Because they’re monarchies
Monarchies = Stability
@@Elpistolero9 not only that actually, economy are more stable in those countries too because of oil, except jordan(their currency stacked to dollar)
Notes for myself:
2:39 Recap of each Arab Spring country and the aftermath of it
5:40 Tunisia security issues, and economy totally failed
Arabian nights?Aladdin and jasmine?Alibaba and 40 thieves?I have heard the story
moron
I get it now. I was wondering why Hamas attack on Israel music festival felt so unprovoked. It wasnt. This is decades of Israel oppression.
Palestine deserves justice. Absolutely.
Very brief and comprehensive knowledge has been provided by this documentary. Thank you for sharing!
After Arab spring ... the west is enjoying the warmth by oiling there lamps and the arabs living in shelters suffering from cold due to lack of clothes and the rest pushed back into the Aegean sea to drown. .... What a success story.
I wish the episode is longer
Very Good job👍
Amazing. Fresh.
It's your turn, America! ;)
@ yes ofcourse
The spring won🤩
Libya and Yemen was great under dictatorship
We want Arab Springs in Qatar😂😂🥺
Come on lets start saudi arabia 2021
Peace for all of them!🙏🏻🌹
Great Report! Thank you!🌹
Remember what was stated in the middle of minute 6: 10 years is not a long time to transform a country. In the 1800s there were several European autocracies that transitioned to democracy but it was a bumpy road then just as it is now, you can move backwards before you move forward
Anchor : Let's talk about something huge
My mind : 😒😏😏
Mam one episode on Military Industrial Complex and it's role in current situations..
👹Thanks for sharing. We must be the change we want to see.
I am from tunisa and the arab spring was a mistake
الديمقراطية ديما أحسن
@@mochalo4912 Not really. Democracy+ uneducated mass + Populism = 100% failed country. Democracy must be supported by highly educated population and powerful industries high up in the value chain, and there is no exception. If you think just adopting democracy will automatically make your country better, reality will teach you a lesson. Ask your self or your history teacher, how many countries emerge from developing country status to developed country status after WWII? How many of them did it via "democracy"?
The Arab spring in Syria, Libya & Yemen hit a snag
Best i found presently
Please share Information on Israel & Pakistan Relations
Amazing work
Poor Gaddafi man, that man gave so much for Lybia and how they killed him as a dog it's sad...
Even though he was kinda brutal but at least Lybia was stable
He also became a multi millionaire with lybian oil but we don't tanl about that here
@@noobdoggo and rejected the central banks but yeah let's not talk about that either.
I love Arab spring!!!!!
We need another Pakhtun spring in. Balochistan
this is my favorite host
Arab spring was a total disaster if we consider everything
This is the first thing came into my mind that they went backward from where they were.
In Economics it is mentioned several times in many theories " Maximization of individual interests don't maximize collective interest".
I don’t know when the muslim community learn their lesson.
Real talk
True change comes from bottom up!
Dude the arab spring makea me so sad😭😭
Arab spring winter summer and autuumm hehe😄
Muhammed is a hero
nice work
Hi @start Here, can you please talk about Ugandan 🇺🇬 dictator Museveni and how he crushes opposition before elections. Thanks. Much love from Uganda 🇺🇬 ❤️
