Treat your the source, your liver and it’ll disappear. I started taking liver supplements and milk thistle. It’s been over 2 years and I don’t miss those itchy lil nuisances
I agree. I've had these bumps off and on for years. One Dr said it was psoriasis, another said it was housewives dermatitis. Now, now I finally have the correct diagnosis.
You can wrap a cloth bandage around the fingers, and keep it wet with plain water. It will go away in a day or two. Continue wetting the bandage with plain water, every hour or two hours.
Actual I have same problem iam working home maid when I wash all dishes next I getting same itchy burn & tht bubbles also it's so pain & burn I can't eat my food in my hand
I've been dealing with this for so many years. Every time I get an outbreak it literally takes months for it to be fully gone. I finally have a name for it. Thank you!
Try to get any toxins out of your life. Use only natural moisturizer. Organic shea butter is great. I use a heavy dose of castor oil on my feet at night and it helps so much. Also there is a cream you can get that eats away the dead skin cells. It’s prescription. Haven’t had a major breakout since going natural on everything possible.
Lotion never worked for me when I got these problems I actually found out that I had low calcium in my diet so I started taking calcium zinc and magnesium and all of my hand problems and everything went away
Polymorphous light eruption. My immunity overacts to sunlight uv. But all of the sudden past days I have been getting itchy bumps so must be reacting to something n i already use non fragrance
I have it terribly on hands and feet, too. It’s miserable and never goes away for me. I’ve had it for 10 ish years, had to quit my nursing job, see a dermatologist, changed diet, did all the things. It’s still awful 😢
@@EmilyA8376Use "Betnovate N Ointment" it will surely cure this allergy. I know how painfull this disease is... I suffered 3 years but Alhamdolillah, cured within 2 days.
Have you tried organic Castor Oil? Without making any medical claims, within about 60 days, you might be "pleasantly surprised", no matter what other remedies you've tried in the past. Make sure to get the extra virgin, hexane-free, expeller pressed kind.
Please please do yourself a favor and look at your diet. They're finding that parasites are linked to skin conditions now and food sensitivities occur as well which causes break outs etc.

OMG thank you, i get those, they're super itchy & they feel all hot/rashy, and sometimes when you scratch them, they get achy. Super frustrating 😭💀✌🏼✌🏼
I'm in the same boat! Mine are so small they're nearly invisible, but they ITCH and BURN like I held my hand to a hot stove. My doctor insisted it was just bug bites... it just wasn't. So frustrating! Now I have a name to give them so maybe I can get some relief when it happens again.
@@DeadlyChinchilla mine is exactly like that, very small can hardly see it but itching like mad mostly at night when I go to sleep. Did yours go away by itself?
@@kieka It's happened for a couple years in a row, a few times a year. Each time it lasts a few weeks, and I think it's also related to my stress levels. They happen along the lengths and in-between my fingers mostly, and can end up super raw, then flake like snake skin after it seems to stop. I think it just runs its course after 3+ weeks. I took to using ice water to dull the sensation, because most hand creams just burn. A bowl of ice water next to the bed for night time helped more than anything else. Just so thankful I have a name for it now. I can go to my doctor and maybe get a medical cream that will actually help.
Thank you so much for this video. I’ve been looking for a diagnosis for 15 years, and not a single dermatologist or rheumatologist knew what I had. I can’t believe it took a TH-cam video to get help! Thank you!!!❤
@@anonymous-bb2dwyou can google everything but you usually won't get a correct answer. Most doctors don't even know what it is. Same with celiac and hundreds of other conditions.
I was diagnosed with this in 2017. Mine is brought on by stress. When I'm having a flair, heat makes it worse. I haven't had it for about a year now. Though I have been in stressful situations, I haven't had it flare up. I am thankful. Thank you for making this short. Trying to explain it to folks is frustrating. Once you say "Eczema" they automatically assume they know what it is. It is very different from "typical"eczema.
Mine was caused by stress too! I had it as a teen as a result of having to deal with my verbally and emotionally abusive stepmother and passive father. My stepmother would always comment on how nasty my hands looked but would never get me treatment for it. When I moved out it cleared up pretty quickly and I haven't had a flare up since - it's been almost 20 years without one.
Mine was brought on my stress too. My doctor prescribed an ointment that worked great,,,,sorry I don't remember the name. I have not had a recurrence in a long time. Hope you get over the stress in your life soon.
Putting on these lotion helped ? Seems like since stress & heat can be the cause, maybe lotion won't be effective. I learned that it could be a vitamin deficiency. Which ? I forget. Should have bookmark the video.
This happens to me if I eat gluten. I also did a candida clense and ate no sugar for 90days. This cleared me up and now I can sleep again. I had it from 16-47 years old. Try getting rid of the gluten. Good luck, I hope it works for you.
@cherylledbetter5909 I wish you the best of luck. So much of my life was wasted trying the different drugs they prescribed me. Diet is the answer not drugs.

Honestly went to a doctor for these. She straight up said it’s stress induced and there’s nothing you can do besides change your environment to be less stressful and she’s 10000% right. Don’t be hard on yourself if you have these. They will come and go and show you when you’re in stress and might not realize it. I have a couple now and it’s very indicative of my current situation. It’s a blessing not a curse and a sign to change things up
For me not stress. It's when I use dawn dishwash soap..clean the bathroom with ajax or clorox without gloves....do yard work without wearing gloves... What helps the itching for me is putting some witch hazel on my hands then air dry them....after a few days when they dry out, I exfoliate my hands with coffe or sugar then moisturize them with Dove intensive cream ( the one that comes in a navy blue bottle). I found a similar one at the dollar tree and it works too.
I had this problem few years back.i just rub mango flowers (mango flowers are just cluster of small flowers with strong aroma)then it totally vanished.
I get these so sporadically! I never knew what it was! I only get it on a finger or two, it pops up, then goes away in a day or two. Now I have to figure out what products might do it. Thank you!!!!
I get them atleast 4-8 times a year. Mostly when the weather is changing. None of this have ever worked for me btw. And by the time the topical steroid cream starts working, they are already on their way out.
I get them sporadically, the first time was in the run up to my biggest university exams. I saw a dermatologist then who had been an Army doctor in Vietnam (this was a while ago). He said he would often see this in soldiers who were getting ready to be shipped to the front. For those with eczema, he said it can also be a sign of stress, like in my case. 🫶
I have had this since I was in my teens, but it became much worse after my son died at 17 (I was 51). My GP was no help, but I found a dermatologist with the same condition. I use Clobetasol Propionate (Rx ointment containing a steroid) as needed on my hands, Eucerin to help with dryness, and I take two Benadryl at night to help get rid of the itching. It is important to treat the bumps as they surface because the itching can drive you nuts. Before I found my dermatologist, I would scratch the bumps until I bled. My hands are so much better now, but I do have to be careful with them and stress. It comes down to monitor and medicate. I am sorry for anyone who has this issue.
Do not forget to use fragrance free shampoos and conditioners too! These can be full of allergens and people don't realize that's what's making your skin break out!

As others here have said, I got this really bad when I was stressed. I dealt with it for YEARS and completely disappeared and never came back after cutting off my toxic family 😌
I have sensitive skin in general, but I used to get these bumps on my hands when I was incredibly stressed out and drinking alcohol! They’ve not come back since I’ve been in recovery and changed my life ❤️🩹
I get these on and off throughout the month, I think it has to do with my hormones fluctuating. When I first started getting them it was really really bad and that was definitely related to my stress levels, but then I went through a breakup and changed my work environment and they’ve improved a lot.
I used to get these. I'd go to the doc and get hydrocortisone cream, which would help until the next time they appeared. I ordered hand cream from Amazon during lockdown (just a random impulse purchase), and for reasons I don't understand, it cleared it and it hasn't recurred. It was called Dr Scheller calendula handbalm. I don't claim to understand why, and it would totally be coincidence (correlation /causation fallacy), but it's worth a go.
I used to get few parts like on 2-3 finger n few bubble ..I busted it n I ate some ,need leaf juice ,papaya juice n giloi juice with honey n lemon for few times over months till that I haven't got again since 2_3years
Get an allergy test.. I had these really bad.. turns out I needed to stop eating deadly nightshade foods (tomatoes potatoes etc all at rhe same time) its an allergic reaction that gets worse with stress.. the doctors don't know.

I had the third version as a kid and adult. It comes and goes. My hands would sweat and peal a lot and red bumps. I started working in a deli and wore rubber gloves and that seemed to help for some reason. But to be honest I got addicted to drugs. Opiates and benzodiazepines. And it went away completely until I got clean. For years I never had it. Completely forgot about it. Then about a month after getting clean my hands started itching and pealing again. I’ve always had high anxiety and that would make my hands sweat. So I think the drugs masked the anxiety so my hands didn’t sweat and then my skin just cleared up. But I’m not really sure. I’ve heard that the way my hands were could be from an overactive immune system. So maybe the drug’s slowed down my immune system. But yeah idk. That’s just my experience. I will say definitely don’t develop multiple pill addictions to deal with itchy hands. You’re far better off with itchy hands.
I get this from EXTREME stress. I always attributed it to fragrances and my nickle allergy UNTIL I had THAT JOB, where I got it on BOTH hands AND BOTH FEET!! It cleared up within 30 days of leaving the job... and I'd had it persistently for SIX MONTHS!! Haven't had it since!
Get ur kidney function checked. It’s caused by stress. But dig deeper. Stress causes cortisol and adrenaline to constrict ur blood vessels making the kidney work harder. Do u have foamy urine as well. Always best to check ur kidney and liver function. Catch things early to make necessary lifestyle changes before it’s too late. What’s ur resting heart rate and blood pressure? It’s a cumulative issue not just one thing.
I got them almost every summer when I was in my last year of highschool and medschool (both very stressfull for me), I thought I would get them for life but was pleasantly surprised when they disappeared after I finished 😂 turns out I was the cure all along
These are the worst! I used to get them often when I was stressed out or wasn’t sleeping/eating enough. On top of that, they sting like hell but for most people they go away in 1-2 weeks.
Oh my goodness. I get these but I’ve never seen the doctor about them. I’m a nurse & would notice it when working. After a day or 2 off of work they would be gone. So I attributed it to the soap/hand sanitizer at the hospital! Now I know what’s wrong. Thank you!!!
OMG yes!!!! I thought it was induced by heat and germs from the gym equipment for me. Luckily I haven’t gotten them in a few years. But I had 3 summers where they repeatedly came back 😫
Same!! I'm not sure what my trigger is, but for the longest time I kept thinking I had gotten into poison ivy every time they'd appear, and was confused as to why the rash was only between my fingersXD . It only happens a few times a year in hot weather, and thankfully so far this year I haven't gotten it yet.
Same... this happens to me in every year around January and February when we have a dry season in my country... It's super itchy and when dried, peels off giving a new skin...
Mine comes from sun exposure! Turns out it’s sometimes a rare form of photosensitivity! Zinc cream also works wonders for it, and high quality zinc suncscreen and wearing gloves outside help prevent it ❤
Do you ever get real bad headaches after being out in the sun where you have to lay down and sometimes pain in your stomach and sometimes the pain is so bad it shoots out through your spine ? Do you ever have to lay down after being out in the sun and you just feel ill like you're coming down with something and maybe get really thirsty ? I used to actually start getting blisters on my face especially around the mouth area and I have ultraviolet light sensitivity sickness . Regrettably a lot of people who have that also have lupus
My PA knew what I had, and the Derm I was sent to spent weeks arguing and scraping my skin off with a scalpel insisting I had scabies. My PA told him to f off and put me on steroids. Probably my worst healthcare experience. Thanks for putting this out there.

Really thought I was the only person in the world that got these 👀 I call them my stress bumps lol, because they come on during seasons of high stress or anxiety and the second I choose to ignore the break out the next thing I know they're gone. Tbh they are a good sign that I need to take a breather and calm down lol.
I've gotten this on and off for ages and never knew what it was. Summer time I just assumed it was sun poisoning. I'm allergic to the sun and break out with Itty bitty bumps like that all over my hands, arm, chest, legs. Anywhere the sun gets. And it's worse on over cast days. Then I started getting them in the winter too so I knew it wasn't sun poisoning. It'd always embarrassed me, cuz it looks so bad and itches even worse.
Mine was diet related. Got rid of wheat and yeast. And it cleared. It helped switching to unscented shampoo and conditioner, body wash to help get relief too so i could actually wash my hair without irritation. Vanicream and cerave.
Most cases that bring on any kind of allergic type reaction are caused by whats in processed foods. I too changed my diet and bye bye psoriasis. The reason its never addressed is because "doctors" would be out of jobs.
To me it only happens during summer. Luckily it’s been less this year and they itch like hell. I’m also allergic to latex but use latex free gloves to wash dishes. Could it ge the warmth inside gloves? Hmmm?
The worst feeling about this is when you sleep at night. It feels like something is crawling under your skin, there's a tingling sensation that really bothers you and makes you uncomfortable leading you to scratch it further. It's so hard to sleep at night when I'm having this😢
I describe it as itching to the bone. I started taking vegan omega 3 every day and it cleared up in two months. I still take this supplement 2-3 times a week to keep the itch away.
@@user33449 I have the same condition and once it was so worse I asked my dermatologist to take tests to make sure I didn't have scabies or something else crawling beneath my skin. This itch is really really terrible. Avoiding soap and cleaning agents and trying to use only natural liquids made things better. But I still get reactions from the components of my shoes...from the glue or preservatives...With udder ointment and sometimes steroid creme things are controllable now. Any tips are more than welcome!
Thank you!! I’ve had these for years (I get them every so often) and no clue what they are. Every time I’d book a GP consult and the appointment would roll around they’d be gone.
I was diagnosed with eczema on my hands and feet. I just started using a new topical steroid cream but also receive red light therapy on my feet. It has helped a ton. I also noticed when my stress is higher my eczema flares up more.
Finally I've found someone dealing with disidrosis! I was diagnosticated in 2006 and it was really difficult to even find someone knowing what this disease is. If it helps I put cortisone cream on hands and sometimes on my feet too (the areas where I sweat more) and let dry overnight covered with cotton gloves or socks. For everyday I use aloe Vera gel as hand cream. I try not to scratch cause I tear my skin and things get more complicated. 😅 Year by year I have only short period of time in which disidrosis is worst!! Stay hydrated, Try to let your feet free from shoes in summer and keep thinking that you can deal with it! An hug to you all.
I know that disidrosis can be a common disease but I had terrible consequences in the past, I had difficulties even in eating on my own. Now is well known and have some treatments to get but it wasn't so for me 20 years ago, causing me some difficulties and pain.
@@igwearinze5184 i put cortisone cream each time the bumps are too red, big and sometimes swell. After 2 or 3 days I keep on with only aloe Vera cream. I have this rush several times during the year but now lasts only for few days, especially when I feel stressed or when the weather changes.
Yes, stress of any kind, allergic reaction of some kind, some disease or illness come with them. Mine use to itch til I they would "pop" or leak fluid. Then I'd put on a blister bandage for a few days to absorb all fluid. Then I take it off & they dry up. Also extra fluid retention & the skin stretching can cause these too.

Omg...im sobbing....ive suffered with this for years and no doctor had a definitive answer. Just told me "use the medicine" thst wasn't working! No one ever said to change soap, lotion and wear gloves! Gonna try this tonight 😮
Yeah, it's probably dish soap for washing dishes by hand, or laundry detergent. The best solution I've found is using cloth mesh bandaids (not the rubbery bandaids) over the blisters (typically wrapped around the fingers) and keeping them wet all day. You use the bandaid to hydrate your skin with plain water. It works well and the bandaids also protect the blisters from irritation. They go away in a day or two, if you keep the bandaids wet.
I have on 2 of my fingers, I cut 2 fingers off a latex glove and put vaseline on fingers then put the glove fingers on & tape to keep them in place, it cures it in days but always returns
There’s also a similar rash called dermatitis herpetiformis, which is caused by celiac disease. I made the mistake of thinking it was eczema because of how similar they are! They appear when you ingest gluten. Hope this helps 😊
The first time I had this, my primary doctor told me I had Scabies…SCABIES 💀 Literally sat there and argued with her that I knew it was eczema and she sent me home with a cream for Scabies. Did my own research, now I have it under control and only get occasional flare ups. Thank you for educating people about this. If left untreated, it gets so itchy and painful. I really suffered that first time.
I had the exact same thing happen to me! My doctor treated me for scabies, but I kept getting it. Still to this day, my first breakout was 10 years ago! While it’s crappy that this happened, it’s nice knowing someone else had the same I guess. Took me years to figure out what it was because it kept reoccurring, I was like “how the heck do I keep getting scabies over and over again?! 😰” 😂
Mine had me in crutches. I had deep gashes in my live skin, under my thick calluses. I had pockets of stinky fluid under some of my calluses as well; it smelled like fish or fried egg. It hurt so bad. I had very dark thoughts, and felt like a huge burden to my husband. I went into a bad depression. I went to a dermatologist for help, and told him I was afraid of steroids because of withdrawals. He gave me an injection and left the room. I asked the front desk what the injection was, and 20min later she handed me a sticky note. It was kenalog for 3 months. I came home to shower and began itching. I had broken out in bumps, almost all over my body, that soon turned silver. I was scratching my skin raw. I stared using Sarna lotion all over my body, after showers, and on my feet before bed. One day, I grabbed an ice pack for something, and it felt soooooo good in my calloused hands. I started to use the ice packs. I'd rest my feet on them all day, washing them and switching them out after they melted. I would wrap them against my feet at night. I was hopeful. I would try to think positive and calm myself down in stressful situations. The ice packs also helped so much when I was itchy. Little by little, I stopped itching, and my skin started looking better. It has not come back in over two years, but each time I get itchy, I grab an ice pack asap to prevent scratching and blister formation. That was just MY journey, and I hope each of y'all can find your own methods for healing. Much luck and good vibes to you.
I too got it so bad on my feet that at times, I couldn't walk. It was absolutely horrible. Burned so bad. Went on for 10 years and then it randomly went away. I remember some of my family used to think I had some kind of contagious disease. It was an awful experience
I get these whenever the winter approaches and during the summer. It would be so itchy and go away on its own then my skin would start to peel off and then starts to tear and bleed sometimes but it evenually heals. Its like im shedding my skin like a snake.
Literally the same thing used to happen to me. I've actually heard that too much moisture triggers eczema so try to keep your palms as dry as possible. Trust me it works wonders as i never get these things anymore
Had these flare up my whole life. Finally, a definite diagnosis. I have noticed they appear more often when my skin get dry or if I use lotions or soap with irritating ingredients (like fragrance) and with stress. These can also show up on elbows and knees.
Had these since 2021 after Covid shot. Cerave cream worked for me and used Palmolive Dishwashing soap when I wash my dishes. It’s gone now. Try to have a stress free life, it’ll help! I know you can’t avoid stress but live with it and learn how to cope from your stress.
O M G I thought I was the only one!! 😭 Thank you doctor!! You are better than my previous doctor! 😒 She just told me it was a "heat rash" 🙄 & there was no treatment ffs I've been suffering with these since I had my first baby @18! I usually get it monthly not unlike another little visitor - IYKYK.😂 Wow I can't believe I will finally b able to get some sort of treatment for these incredible itchy & seemingly spreadable rash (only spreads further onto my own hands with scratching) my babies nor anyone else has never gotten them from me. Thankfully not contagious! And it's never on the back of my hands, mostly fingers & sometimes the odd 1 or 2 on my palms. I'm so upset with my old doctor rn!! 😤 Saying she didn't know what it was & that it was probably a heat rash - that I also get in the winter 🙄 I know I have many things that surely could be treated but our health care system is failing me. I had these during a particularly stressful time in my life. I was studying in a hospital at the time, and correctly self-diagnosed. The attendant in the ER brushed it off, sent me to the dermatologist who confirmed my diagnosis. Prescribed mild chlorhexidine daily hand baths, but they went away after the stressful period was over.
Check with a dermatologist. You might be allergic to petroleum products, which almost all shoes or jam packed with these days. Try switching to leather shoes. Also try Dr. Scholl's Work In Comfort inserts, my feet seem to get along with those okay.

My wife got her first episode of this when she was pregnant with our first child. She was incredibly stressed during the episode, also washed her hands excessively. It spread fast and eventually covered her entire hands. Doctor did not know what it was but suggested she washed her hands less, used hydrocortisone cream and covered her hands with gloves or wrapped them. It took a good while but it eventually went away. She has episodes every now and again but as soon as the flare up begins she takes immediate action to avoid having an episode like her first one.
I thought it was from hand washing too often or leaving hands wet for too long, since this started for me during the pandemic. Seemed too coincidental that I started using sanitizer like it was going out of style and washing my hands constantly. Happy to know what caused it finally! Thank you for sharing free health information on the web!
Yes I have this. It’s intensely itchy and the blisters burst and weep. I didn’t know what caused it but stress makes sense as it’s intermittent and not all the time like you’d expect with products being a cause.
I used to get these and they used to clear up on their own. Never knew it was a form of eczema. However, I do get a different type of eczema once a year.
Oh my gosh me too! I always assumed eczema was a thing people had all the time so I didn't recognize it when I would intermittently get these tiny spots!
Yes. I have eczema and I have latex allergy I listed in my medical history as well. I was hospitalized for 4 days and you should have seen the giant red welt I got as a result of a large latex bandage. I also have a similar reaction to bacitracin. The hospital was using both 😮
I don’t have latex sensitivity. But any kind of powered can trigger a reaction… doesn’t always. I feel like my skin is “thinking about” reacting to some gloves, it almost never does but there’s a funny feeling I get

I’ve gotten this for years. It took me about 30 years to figure out my triggers. For me it was dust or harsh chemicals and cleaners or any fresh fruits and vegetables that haven’t been washed yet. I now wear gloves when dealing with these things and haven’t had one case in over 6 years now.
I found that mine appear, usually only on two fingers, whenever I'm run down. Interesting to hear that there are other triggers too. I'll have to keep an eye out to see if they also affect this condition for me!
I have had this since I was a very young kid. I'm 45 now and still get this every now and then, but it was much worse when I was younger. My palms, fingers and arches of my feet would become intensly itchy and then clear colored blisters would appear, go away on their own and I was left with leathery, cracked skin, which bled and is very uncomfortable. It is very debilitating as I can not hold a fork, brush my hair, grip the steering wheel, etc. Then after the fluid leaves, i peel the dead skin off and new, soft baby skin is exposed. This is very painful & I dont wish this on anyone. The doctors treat my skin like they would a burn victim as the heat in the palms can get extremely hot. They gave me cotton gloves and prescribed a silver burn cream. Sadly, nothing works for me. Has anyone had good luck with any products that help? I did get tested for 20 different chemicals and I'm HIGHLY allergic to Nickel and borderline vinyl. So, no beer, tomatoes, canned food, has to be nickel free jewelry, etc. I have seen so many doctors because of this, yet no one had ever given me a true diagnosis. I thought I was in a small group of people who gets this, but Im glad Im not and sorry that you suffer too!
I use Triderma psoriasis control which is basically salicylic acid. It is soothing and helpful. Works even better with an extra moisturizer on top. I have been experimenting with different ones including shea butter and petroleum jelly but seems lotion type moisturizer helps best. I go through a lot of triderma during bad break outs.
I didn’t know others had this. My hands get so hot that I have to put them on glass or a mirror. Like when I’m in the car and my hands start to burn. It’s nuts. Thanks for sharing! :)
I agree with the others, any time I have severe stress I get the exact same things. Never once from any soap or right after washing. I just pop em with a needle gently, drain them, apply alcohol and try to relax, they are literally gone the next day.
I see a lot of people saying they got this from stress, but while this can be tha case, it can also be a sensitivity to just about anything. Fragrances in cosmetics are typical culprits, but maybe in your case it's something connected with spring, like handling spring-specific fruits or veggies, pollens etc. Like I know I cannot touch tomato, onion or citrus juices. Also a very commonn foaming agent in cosmetics triggers this egzema for me. So I wish you good luck in looking for a cause! :)
In my Family of 8, there are 3 of us with this. Always called them "nerve bumps".Dad had SEVERE case for decades from Army in WWII. When Cortizone became available (prescription) was able to manage it till later years...less STRESS, rarely had outbreaks. Worst Ive ever had was when it broke out on bottom of my feet, ( not just hands & fingers) during prolonged period of stressful events!
What worked for my mild case: 1. Don't itch it, or it will spread and get worse 2. If it is itchy or painful, cold/warm water soaks with Epsom salt help. Ice helps too. 3. CeraVe rough and bumpy gets rid of it pretty quick.
This happened to me when I worked at A B&B doing breakfast prep. I was constantly pressed to use hand sanitizer. Turns out THAT was what was causing those bumps and the pain and ALL of it. It would clear up in the winter when I prepped the inn for the next summer and worked alone. My Doctor was stunned aa she had prescribed THREE different creams and ointments. You don't need to use so much hand sanitizer esp. when you pushing up your glasses with your wrist while wearing gloves!
I found by accident graphite lubricant dust works on killing the cells generating the liquid. I have that every year, at one point I had scratched of the top of the deep blisters from constant scratching. I was working on lubricating something with graphite and accidently spilled the lubricant dust in my hands. It got in every soar and instantly the itching stopped, the blisters stopped producing the liquid. Few days they were all gone. Now, at the sign of the first blister, I immediately dig in to expose the deeper skin layer responsible for the liquid generation. Wash my hands, drop some peroxide, and fill the hole with graphite. Stopping the infection in it's track. I believe it is an infection, because no other blister will form if you take care of the first one the moment you feel it growing.
@@MayBimnew yes it’s the same condition. I used to get break outs on the arches on my feet. So did my Dad incidentally. Now I only seem to get it on fingers and toes but still just bloody awful.

I get those as an allergic reaction (contact dermatitis) to Gel nail polish! I didnt know you could get them otherwise! Omg its unbearable getting them just on my finger tips. I cant imagine my WHOLE HAND. Id end up cutting it of or in a doctors office pronto. Good job teaching people about it!
@@kieka if you live in America and still like to paint your nails, I recommend the hypoallergenic brand Dazzle Dry! It's expensive up front because it's a whole system, but it looks and last like gel polish and it's gentle on the nails and easy to remove!
I hated when I got this. Itched like crazy and then when they popped and dried out, it would make my skin crack and bleed. What helped was washing my hands with antibacterial soap and air drying, rubbing on some Gold Bond Healing Hydration Lotion then rubbing on a layer of Vaseline. Can’t say it will work for everyone but this is what helped clear mine up.
I am battling these right now. I tend to get them bad during summer and winter months. Just got them on my fingers for the first time. Was just given clotrimazole and betamethasone for it. I thought I was the only one with this condition. Thank you for sharing this, im not alone.
I used to get that alot and my hands would itch alot specially at night that i had a hard time sleeping. The Dr I worked with stated that it was caused by washing your hands to much and from constantly washing dishes. He recommended to use gloves when washing dishes and change to Unsented soap and keep hands Moisturized with unscented lotions and water free as much as possible, I have been breakout free for 8 years 🙏 it has worked for me.
Dyshidrotic eczema is specific to the hands and/or feet, typically worse in the summer and heat and flares are made worse with stress. Topical steroids are my saving grace treatment!
Bethametasone healed me after 4 years of visiting the best doctors and trying so many things. I was lucky to find the root cause after that so I could avoid it from happening again. In my case I had a job where I had to use gloves all the time. (No matter if latex, vinyl, pe, cotton, all of them trigger the rash if used for months). So I looked for another job. Many years have passed since then but during Covid I noticed that the hand sanitizer, hand soap and dish soap also trigger the rash if used continuosly. Hope it helps you. ❤
@@karisolb That helps a ton. I just went back to work after having covid and my fingers were perfectly fine until halfway through the day.
I use Clobetasol Propionate (Rx ointment containing a steroid) as needed on my hands, Eucerin to help with dryness, and I take two Benadryl at night to help get rid of the itching.

It only happens a few times a year in hot weather, and thankfully so far this year I haven't gotten it yet.
Omg same!!!!
Same... this happens to me in every year around January and February when we have a dry season in my country... It's super itchy and when dried, peels off giving a new skin...
Yes...I get these too...
Mine comes from sun exposure! Turns out it’s sometimes a rare form of photosensitivity! Zinc cream also works wonders for it, and high quality zinc suncscreen and wearing gloves outside help prevent it ❤
Me too, after fishing all day in the sun.
When I was about 12 years old my doctor simply said I was allergic to the Sun but that was way back around 1970 .
I also used to get these as a kid with excessive sun exposure.
Me too
My PA knew what I had, and the Derm I was sent to spent weeks arguing and scraping my skin off with a scalpel insisting I had scabies.

Me too I mean I’m young but I have had it forever
You're not alone.
@@emilyb945 and I thought I had it bad I only have it in the winter season in Wisconsin

Mine was diet related. Got rid of wheat and yeast. And it cleared. It helped switching to unscented shampoo and conditioner, body wash to help get relief too so i could actually wash my hair without irritation. Vanicream and cerave.
Turmeric and garlic helps too.
Most cases that bring on any kind of allergic type reaction are caused by whats in processed foods. I too changed my diet and bye bye psoriasis. The reason its never addressed is because "doctors" would be out of jobs.
Exactly. These bumps can also be linked to Celiac disease
I use block of soap
Dyshidrotic excema
Thank you!
I deal with this every summer and never knew what it was.❤
Yeah same and I spent like 10$ for the cream called triderm, it does cure but not totally, still has itchness
Wow so do I!!!
My fingers, thumbs, and palms of my hands are currently peeling.
To me it only happens during summer. Luckily it’s been less this year and they itch like hell. I’m also allergic to latex but use latex free gloves to wash dishes. Could it ge the warmth inside gloves? Hmmm?

I get those sometimes, usually when I'm stressed... Been a long while since I last had them, thankfully.
Had them for over 40 years & known exactly what they were. I had to tell my doc - he'd never heard of it.
I now FINALLY know what I have thanks to Doctorly 😂 I’ve been wondering for years .
My partner had it...Stress related and dehydration
The worst feeling about this is when you sleep at night. It feels like something is crawling under your skin, there's a tingling sensation that really bothers you and makes you uncomfortable leading you to scratch it further. It's so hard to sleep at night when I'm having this😢
I describe it as itching to the bone. I started taking vegan omega 3 every day and it cleared up in two months. I still take this supplement 2-3 times a week to keep the itch away.
It can be scabies also if itching comes at night
@@user33449 I have the same condition and once it was so worse I asked my dermatologist to take tests to make sure I didn't have scabies or something else crawling beneath my skin. This itch is really really terrible. Avoiding soap and cleaning agents and trying to use only natural liquids made things better. But I still get reactions from the components of my shoes...from the glue or preservatives...With udder ointment and sometimes steroid creme things are controllable now. Any tips are more than welcome!
Scabies

Be very very cautious with topical steroids. Google TSW.
An hug to you all.
super common but okay
Diagnosticated ? What the hell lol
I know that disidrosis can be a common disease but I had terrible consequences in the past, I had difficulties even in eating on my own. Now is well known and have some treatments to get but it wasn't so for me 20 years ago, causing me some difficulties and pain.
How long did you use the cortisone cream before it cleared, as a friend was recommended hydrocortisone. But it clears and comes back each time.
@@igwearinze5184 i put cortisone cream each time the bumps are too red, big and sometimes swell. After 2 or 3 days I keep on with only aloe Vera cream. I have this rush several times during the year but now lasts only for few days, especially when I feel stressed or when the weather changes.
Yep! Skin allergies. I can only use certain soaps or they come back, have been dealing with this issue for 30+ years.
Yes. Its true.

I thought it was just poison ivy
Same, EveeH! I used to get them on my hands and feet as a child, then, in my late 30's all over. I thought it was scabies, it was horrible.

Mine said I had a staph infection
They told my daughter she had scabies as well.
😂

Mine said warts! I was like absolutely not, I know what warts look like, I work in a hospital! It was all the hand gel and stress
Had this when i drank alcohol heavily. Cleared right up as soon i quit. I agree its mainly stress!

I thought it was from hand washing too often or leaving hands wet for too long, since this started for me during the pandemic.
I get mine from wearing gloves and eating too much fish lol. Mine have never itched though
Same with me. I detail cars and degreaser is my trigger.
Yes, plain Vaseline stopped the itching and the blisters!

I've gotten this every spring since I was a kid. Never had a name for it. Thank you!!

Ya. I had severe chronic stress. Went away on its own after life calmed down. Years later, same thing. Went away again after the trauma ended😢
What worked for my mild case:
1. Don't itch it, or it will spread and get worse
2. If it is itchy or painful, cold/warm water soaks with Epsom salt help. Ice helps too.
3. CeraVe rough and bumpy gets rid of it pretty quick.

I had a classmate in elementary school with this. Back then as kids, we didn't know what it was.... well, as you know, kids could be brutal🫤
I used to get this as well when I was a kid, but had a very low stress upbringing
Mine cleared up when i left my mom's house 😂
I wish only the best for you 😞
I am battling these right now.
@@vcardenasc73 thats amazing! And thank you for letting me know. I will try to implement this in my daily life.
I wear gloves at work and wash my hands a lot also, plus use sanitizer a lot throughout the day. I have switched soaps and laundry soaps at home already and seems to be fine, its just work I need to worry about. Thank you for sharing, you helped more than you know. ❤
Currently dealing with this on hands and one foot. Every summer it happens. I also notice certain hair creams/gels cause an outbreak. Ao now i use gloves when putting creams in my hair.
Yep, get those, every summer for almost forty years. Although they don’t blister like they used to, now it’s more just itchy swelling.
I got these as a small child. It itched terribly. A while later, we went on holiday to the sea and my mother said that if I get seawater on them, it will go away. Sure, it happened. Gone up to now, 60 years later. Plasebo effect is a wonderful thing! 😊
Mom is a wonderful ❤️
