I can't believe what this man did, to look like that with 21inch biceps back then, with no drugs, he is a superman. R. I. P leroy.
No matter who else comes along, no matter how big they are ,there can only be 1 person to be the first to have 21 inch arms ( roid free)...BOOM!
Nice words as usual from Leroy, a great human being. This brought a tear to my eye, I never knew him, but he is sadly missed.

In the earlier bodybuilding magazines it was reported that in Leroy's peak years he had 20 inch arms. Now mythology has it up to 21 inch arms.
