Its a great time to receive some wisdom from the elders ..thank you! ..could Eddie talk about how his training has evolved as he's aged ..does he like anything (training methods/ equipment) out now and what things from the Golden era have been lost in time .. thanks guys
I will be 65 in December, 5ft 8 and weight about 170-175, last year i was 165, still ride my mountain bike for cardio and endurance, i cant imagine any BB letting themselves getting to 280. I remember Eddie in the OLD magazines from the early/mid 70's
@@russ5024 I agree but sometimes people need to make the choice between a 'normal' healthy weight or weighing an unhealthy or deadly 280. I have worked with a few OBESE people who had health issues and died due to that extra 'padding' which if they didnt have would still be around, all those external factors come into play during a health crisis
Hey Eddie!!!! How was training with Arnold back in the day? I’m sure you trained with him as a workout partner. Did any people out work him or was he one of the hardest working guy in the gym? Did you guys really train three or more hours a day?💪
I agree 100% Do you know if Ed Guiliani is still alive? I tried to search for him. But can't find him anywhere. Only some website he's on. But nothing on Wikipedia.
