That ultimate polish video sounds awesome. Could you review different pad brands and compounds in the review like the Rupes pads + compounds and the Meguiars pads + compounds and if there are better combos by mixing brands. Maybe even a review on the rupes line of polishers and in what order people should get what machine vs other polishers like the Flex brand who has cordless polishers. Looking forward to the video. You guys are doing great work, video quality is something I would expect from a channel with 250k + subs. Definitely earned it guys, keep it up.
Working on the quality, layout and arrangements within the videos to enhance the viewing pleasure, thank you for your support and I think I'm going to simplify the polishing process and narrow it down to eliminate confusion.
@BP8 yeah, I would way rather have a huge dent in my car than a smoked in car. Smokers cars are the worst. I want my car to smell perfectly fresh, no weird odors.
Do u add bead maker right after 3d or do you spray a paint prep to remove residue and then apply? Also how long would the protection last with just 3d And how long would it last when u add bead maker?? I been using griots ceramic wax 3 in 1 can that be used also instead of bead maker on top of the 3d?? Asking for a friend
Im just starting. How did you learn all this? Like, youre explaining the polish and the pad and I believe what you say while thinking to myself "I dont know sh-t". I dont want to mess up a clients paint!
Hey Joel!!!! I'm Juan from Georgia, and I'm starting my own detailing business. I would love to see if you could do a beginner video on what and how to do a great beginner wash/detail.
Good afternoon I have a question for you what is that bag thatyou have in the middle console I'm interested thanks be safe God bless William from extreme optimum auto detailing pr
Hi Joel, a question? I have had bad experiences cleaning smoking cars when I use steam it removes more the aroma of the cigarette and the car stinks later, any subjection you have for me.
If you are looking to remove the odors there are more steps needed than just steam depending on the intensity of the tar/nicotine/smoke residue build up.
I wouldn’t use steam around knobs and electronics . The steam will enter into the circuitry and condense into water accelerating oxidation or short circuits 😮
Use clay as directed in previous videos, HD Speed with a light pad and faster arm movement paired with low polisher setting would be just a bit more friction than a hand wax, so I would say pretty often if you wanted.
You can't get the smoke out, no matter how hard you try. It always comes back. Only thing I've seen to make a dent is ozone and even then, you have to do it multiple times.
ALL modern auto leather has a plastic coating on top surface to prevent liquids from staining the leather. NO such thing a "moisturizing" the leather , it won't happen since the material is designed to prevent this.
Exactly why I will be doing a video on pads and polishes, this is a very weak so called "heavy cutting pad" its equivalent to the yellow fine rupes pad, nice catch , and this pad is more versatile than you may think.
I usually don't, I allow the owner to appreciate the clean fragrance free freshness of the best detail around. I feel the air fresheners sometimes cheapen the feel of a fresh detail. You shouldn't have to cover odors up.
@@DETAILSofficial - I searched for a video under your name called “up in smoke” and nothing came up. I did find a more video of you reviewing Chief steamers. Is that the one?
I learn a lot from you man! I want to thank you for taking your time to do these videos. Please do a video of correction pad combinations!

Thanks for the great video! If second hand smoke does this to your car, imagine what smoking does to the person…

How many times can u use the 3d protection on a car?
And do u recommend claying the car before using it?
