    Wonderful. Had a lot of noise coming from my stomach. Perhaps some clearing emotions going on. Needed this meditation this morning as I woke not feeling good with hormones. Felt amazing when I had finished the hypnosis. Thank you Sarah. I love your meditations and voice. My friend introduced me to your meditations at our meditation group. Unfortunately she suddenly passed away at the beginning of November. Always think of her when I do your daily meditation.

    Wondering how to be sure that I can be hypnotized? I feel like I am still conscious and hearing everything said. Also my mind still tends to wander. Does this mean it’s not working for me?

    Hi Mindful Moment,
    I am a very depressed, undeveloped, unattractive, unemployed, lone, skin diseased, chronically ill, ethnic minority, anxious, unfulfilled, unaccomplished, unskilled, estranged, bereaved, failed 28 year old female, sat uncomfortably here on this Friday night, with no direction nor incentives.
    Nonetheless, I’m still here and of all the things I could or should be doing, I’ve chosen to listen to this audio.
    I hope it helps and that I can report back in a few weeks’ time of successful outcomes.
