Body Tapping for Energy, Circulation and Stress Relief

  • Body Tapping is an ancient practice, used in Qi Gong, Tai Chi, martial arts, massage, and bodywork as well as modern EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).
    Tapping improves circulation and lymph detoxification as well as warms up your body and awakens your energetic meridian channels.
    You can tap with fingers, fists, or open palms.
    Start lightly and then tap more strongly as your body gets used to it.
    Begin by following this sequence, and then when you're comfortable, tap anywhere you want.
    Add music and body movements to increase the effect of tapping.

    I literally feel my body cells getting activated, and I feel energized for doing exercises, this makes me feel alive and awake. I would love to see more videos about doing Tai Chi and Qi Gong in nature, surrounded with mountains, river, green fields and blue sky. Thank you very much for your content.

      I'm so happy you felt this way from the Qi Gong tapping! And you read my mind - we are planning to create some more videos in nature and take you to some gorgeous places to practice! And anytime you find yourself outside, try a few moves - the energy of Nature will enhance your practice greatly!
      Many blessings on your path! 🙏 🌲 🏔 ☀️

    I commented 3 months ago regarding modifications for people with arthritis in their hands and fingers, I already do Streching Practice fir my hands and fingers so the info was not for me. I must report back that Tapping has greatly improved the flexibility of my fingers. Didn't think I needed it but found out I did for greater range of motion as well as increased flexibility

It can be very good for organ health and energy flow! I would also recommend to follow up the tapping with some Qi Gong movements. My 4th comment in the past 18/19th month since I began tapping:
    1) No more headaches - I had headaches all the time, brain fog, hip, elbow, lots of knee pain. Almost all gone (knees are damaged from being obese decades prior - Cardio and recently Fasting, & a further 20lb weight loss (2.5yrs) with over all total from 2007, 78lbs of weight
    2) Range of motion greatly improved
    3) Blood Pressure Normalized
    4) Diabetes, Type 2, Reversed ( Truth: Fasting and going Low Carb helped)
    5) Balance is fabulous.
    Question: Do you or are you aware of any scientific research done on three practices you and your organization? I'm not asking for validation of your work, but I know if it's not a pill/drink/device for profit, it's difficult to get any mainstream funding or support.
    Thank you for all you do.

      Sadly, unless one does crowd funding by setting up a non-profit organization and designing a gold standard trial, there is no data available. The closest one may get is an association observational study. There is no money to be made from using Body Tapping for health improvement.

      That's a great question, there are many benefits!
      Here's a good article I found that talks more about it: acupuncturetherapeutics.com/meridian-point-large-intestine-4/
      Hope that helps!

    Is it safe for pregnant women

    • @BalanceForLife
      @BalanceForLife  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes it should be safe. Just avoid tapping the belly in the last trimester and there are certain acupressure points in the legs that are supposed to encourage labor so avoid those unless you're ready for labor (you can Google the exact location of acupuncture points for labor). Trust your body and do what feels right for you.

    I AM noticing that you started doing the top of the right arm, proceeded to the left arm ...did the top , bottom and both sides ...AND then came back to the right arm doing the same thing (top, bottom and both sides). It FEELS off balance because We did the right arm one and a half times 🤓🧐

    YOU did change the video to make it balanced for both arms. Now I see that YOU have gone back to the original one where you the left side 1 and a half times and the right arm 1time 🤔

    • @BalanceForLife
      @BalanceForLife  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi, I'm not sure what you mean - the order of the upper body tapping is: Down the forearm (palm up) / Claps / Up the top of the arm (palms down) / Thumb side up / Pinkie Side down (arm up) / armpit. It should be the same on both sides.

    If someone has severe arthritis in hands and fingers, not me, can they palm heal? I use to suffer tremendously with arthritis pain in my digits but last year because of COVID-19, I had my Vit D levels checked, I was grossly deficit. After supplementing it greatly improved

    • @BalanceForLife
      @BalanceForLife  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Wow, that's very interesting about the Vit D - glad you checked!
      If it hurts to tap with an open palm you could try with a fist or with something in the hand like a ball perhaps.
      It's possible that after starting lightly, the hands will have less pain after warming up a bit.
      Wishing you the best!

    • @anomarnamloh7444
      @anomarnamloh7444 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@BalanceForLife Thank you for your response. Low levels of D is what was taking so many people of color "out" who contrcted COVID as its an immune system modulater and not really a vit. Now vit D insufficiency and deficientcy is a Pandemic we either have too many skin covered, stay indoors to much or live in higher,lower latitudes with sun being blocked by pollution
