Love ur videos!!! I managed to lose 6 kgs so far. But please upload videos to get rid of belly fat.
Good job 👏 Spot reduction will never work and not possible. For flat abs you have to focus on loosing fat from body thro calorie deficit and portion control. Also doing 2-3 x cardio every week along with these routines to help you establish a variety of exercises. there is no one exercises or 100 crunches that will get rid of belly. Its a lot of things to consider:)

Just did it …felt very good.one highlight for me was I was surprisingly able to hold my toes and keep my knees straight without any strain for d 1st time..I felt lengthening in my back muscles.. the palms under the feet asana helped with it I think..thanks for that..love u

However I’m not entirely convinced that my lower back enjoyed it as much as me.

Beginners into yoga practices or any physical activity will feel portions or back/knee/wrists etc. This is a very easy pace basic Asana practice tbh, could be a sign of a weak back. I would ask you continue to do your practices more of beginner level to get strong and then move on to next level flow(like this video) 🙌🏽❤️
