    I ran across your videos a few weeks ago. I’m 65 and the pace and choreography are what I need. So much to love about the videos. You keep your intros short, and don’t talk during the workout, love your mom working out with you and love the cats hanging around. Thanks.

      Love the energy, the cheerful ness, the oldies in a new version, the mom and son idea, both make me feel young again. The kitties, I have 2 kitties look alike. Think about a happy corner in the house can make a difference. Keep it up.

    What an awesome workout, Keoni and Mom! It was fun to hear the oldies again! I am age 72, so I heard these songs when they were first released! Your choreography is spot on. I am happy to be able to say that I can still keep up with the beats per minute throughout the workout. Heart rate: 138 average bpm, 174 peak. I feel energized! This is one of my favorites. Thank you! 🙏 💜 🏃‍♀️ 💪

    The other day I was looking for walks to Christmas music and happened upon your with your mom. I loved it! What do I love about it?? 1) you're doing the workout with your mom 2) you're working out with purrfection all around you 3) the music 4) your beautiful smile 5) your personality comes right through the screen and last but not least 6) no talking during the workout!!! The talking others do during workouts drowns out the music and I can't stand all the chatter. I decided to try this one out this morning and was not disappointed. I am, shall we say, glistening. Thank you!!!

    Have enjoyed many of your videos. Perfect for my healing and strengthening from two major surgeries. My entire back has been fused so I am a bit stiff, but this is so uplifting and encouraging, and so much fun!     I got around today to do this. I took 2 days off to rest up the body. I've been doing 24/35 total hours a week for 3months with no breaks exercising, half of which is Reps To The Rhythm. This was fun and fire.

    Oh my gosh this is the first 5,000 step video I have ever done.. it was so much fun that the time went really fast. I don't know how you have this down to an art Young man, but you know exactly what you're doing to make the time go fast and it remain fun where you're not even thinking that it's exercise. And having your mom there is so cool, at first I thought she was your sister but now I know she's your mom.. wow so young looking.     Just discovered your videos today. I am 75, in good physical shape and need to stay so to keep up with my two little granddaughters, ages 4 and 7. I cannot believe how terrific your mom looks. And my cat loves your kitties.

    Completed this workout successfully today! Great fun! I smiled all the way through, and we were half way through before I knew it! After my husband got home, I showed him the video. He said, "they're so cool and fun!" Appreciate the channel so much and the "2" of you!!!!!!!

    Keoni. I like this workout and have done it twice. I have never got to 5,000 steps let alone 5400. I clocked in at 4100 steps this morning and I don’t miss a beat. When I watch your step number progress, it increases even without a step being taken. Just thought I would let you know. I take my steps seriously because I have limited time. A few hundred steps does not bother me, but this was 1400 steps.

      Hi Judith, I'm glad you like the workout.
      For those concerned that the step counter seems faster than the actual steps, the method I use is counting as 1 step each time the foot strikes the floor to make the step counter accurate. If there is a knee high, glide or leg curl that is also counted as a step. The steps may seem a bit faster, but I count it according to the beat (1 step per beat). Since I step according to the beat, when I edit, I sync the count to the bar of the music and that's where the published step count is based.
      For those using wrist-based fitness trackers, I think it just happens that some steps don't get counted at times especially with some arm positions or non-movement. If accuracy is a critical factor or especially for long distances, I have suggested to others possibly considering a shoelace pedometer. . Thanks again!😀👍Enjoy your workouts!

    Did this one today & it’s the second day in a row I’ve done a workout & once again I was actually BEAMING like legitimately smiling with endorphins. So much fun. Love your 30 min workouts that are moderate cardio that I can boost up or down if needed. Quickly becoming my fav yt channel!
