- Another chance is a documentary program that highlights prison inmates' issues with a view to reconcile them with the offended(victims) including society in an endeavor to prepare them for reintegration. The program also seeks to highlight the consequences of committing crimes thereby complimenting other crime awareness and prevention initiatives. At the core of the documentary is the voice of the inmates, prison officials and close family members of the inmates, victims of the inmates' criminal work, police, and general members of the public.

I don’t think it’s fair to say she was neglected bcoz of her mum. I doubt that but I don’t know the story behind the scenes . Not judging u can tell that he is physically challenged but it could hv been lack of knowledge or resources to get support for the child . I don’t think granny could punish this child for the sins of his mum. If it was so I guess we could hv heard granny saying she doesn’t want to see her and she shd take her son with her

The police and the courts are different.Police may put the charge as murder but it’s a different story in court…This isn't MURDER looking at the circumstances surrounding the death. The court will look at the intention by the accused, the weapon used, how it is used, which part of the body attacked... Intention wil be drawn from the inference derived from evidence,facts, proof and the circumstances surrounding the case.Just by common human experience striking someone using a plank of such length can not bring about the possibility of the outcome of death.The pathologist's conclusion in the cause of death and injuries observed on the deceased's body...In this case the accused had a fight with the deceased prior to the unfortunate incident..She struck the victim with a plank and the victim succumbed...Plank can not be said to be a dangerous weapon meant to cause death...In striking the victim she didn't have intention to kill neither she had foresaw that death may ensue as to the consequence of the attack... All these in totality wil be put into consideration for determination... No (mens rea) of murder...She cooperated in investigations, she pleaded guilty in the court (a quo) and curtailed court proceedings n didn't waste the court's time... Also she was remorseful, all these are mitigating factors the court wil look at in handing down sentencing of the convict...Life was lost and it's unfortunate also it wasn't the convict's intention to kill...Rest in peace it’s so sad.

Mama needs to continue loving her from a distance . I don’t have to judge but this girl I don’t feel sorry for her I feel for mama and the rest of the family I feel like her tears are crocodile tears where does she have that energy to talk like that mama is broken I’m more worried about mama and grandson , .
