    135 grams or / 1 cup powdered milk
    100 grams or / 1/2 cup sugar

    rule of thumb! never ever po ihalo ng derecho ang itlog sa mixture..pano kung bulog ang itlog, sayang ang mixture..ilagay muna sa separate na small bowl at pag sure na na good egg ito, tsaka ihalo sa mixture....nice bavarian filling recipe! will try that lalo na favorite ko ang cream cheese

    Mali mali nman ung measurement ng ingredients lalo n s cup...i wonder hindi ung cup s baking ang ginamit nya...i tried it palpak..sobrang daming syrup...kung aki sanyo wg nyo muna lagyan ng water.....gradual lng...hayssss nsayang ingredients ko

    Hi Mam i like your recipe masarap talaga pero gusto ko sanang malaman bakit malagkit yong strousel ko ( dahil ginawa 100g n margarine at 70g lang butter) hindi ko nagaya yong pagka powder n gawa ninyo sa video kasi hear ko n sinabi nyo na pwede ring gamitin yong margarine, para narin maka tipid ako, tuloy nangyari naging messy yong gawa ko, please po mam paki correct lang po gawa ko dahil gusto kong gawing negosyo ito dahil masarap talaga, thanks 4 your reply in advance

      Kapag masyadong lumagkit po yung streussel ilagay niyo po sa ref para mag harden ng kaunti yung butter or margarine. Kapag hindi padin po adjust po kayo at magdagdag ng powdered milk at flour paunti-unti.

    Hi Lutong Tinapy. Hope you are doing fine. May tanong lng ako. I uses brrad machine and omitted water. Instead nag add ako ng milk. Hndi umalsa ung dough. Wbat do you think. Samalat for sharing your amazing bread and cake recipes and more power to your YT channel.

      To much protein po kasi sa dough ay nag i-inhibit din sa dough na maka alsa. Kaya I always divide the liquid sa water at milk. If milk po ang gagamitin sa liquid kailangan mag adjust ng amount ng yeast at preferably binu-bloom ko po muna siya☺️

    sinubukan ko po to twice haha di ko po talaga makuha 😅 yung una po ang tigas parang cookies 🤭 then yung second po medyo umalsa na sya and medyo malambot na rin pero di pa rin po malagyan ng filling ng bongga .. sa pang 3rd ko po try ko dagdagan yung yeast ko baka po kulang yung 2tsp ?.buti mahilig si jowa sa bread kaya kinakain pa rin kahit palpak yung gawa ko .. kape kape na lang po 😂 salamat po
