Wow... This one is my favorite, Those cute balls shaped bread came out so spongy and absolutely creamy from within, U did an amazing job while dough kneading, Your hard work is much appreciated Loved the stuffing of cheese...!!
I'm glad I stumbled upon this recipe. Thank you so much for sharing with us! I made it first time today and was thrilled with the result. The bread has crunch due to the streusel, the inside is soft with a little chewiness. With the added cheese filling it's just perfect! I love it!
I made this twice on 180c for 20mins but both turned out super toasted😆 I thought it was my toppings because I used erythritol, but when I made the second batch using white sugar- it was still toasted lols That’s where I realized that it was the temperature🤦🏻♀️ I will try to bake them again tomorrow on much lower heat probably 150c-160c and observe in order not to burn them. Now I have 36pcs of toasted cheese bread ready to give away to the homeless 😂
hello po, paano po kaya hindi magbubuo-buo yung streusel? nung pang-ilang tinapay na po ang iko-coat ko, iba na po yung texture ng streusel mahirap na po icoat sa dough. salamat po sa sasagot :)

Ginawa ko sya today,kaso failed ako sa streusel,hnd naging buhaghag,dahil ba super lambot ng butter?unbleached apf ginamit ko.,okey naman ung tinapay malambot.sa filling po,parang wala syang lasa?
hi po, yung streusel po mabilis po talaga sya mag moist dahil sa butter & cheese lalo na if humid ang surrounding ng work area, then yung sa flavor ng filling po more on light flavor lang talaga sya para iwas umay po & magvavary din po talaga lasa nya sa brand or type ng cheese na ginamit nyo po:)

room temp po, yes pwede po ang fresh milk. pwede din po ang milk powder dissolved in water. mas kumakapit kapag mas thick/creamy ang milk :)
