    350 grams third class flour
    150 grams first class flour
    25 grams powdered milk
    1 tsp. Baking powder
    165 ml. Water
    100 grams sugar
    5 grams salt
    5 grams yeast
    35 grams shortening
    2 tsp. Vanilla extract
    RECIPE FOR 4 KILOS WORTH OF FLOUR
    2800 grams third class flour
    1200 grams first class flour
    200 grams powdered milk
    50 grams Baking powder
    1300 grams Water
    800 grams sugar
    40 grams salt
    40 grams yeast
    280 grams shortening
    30 ml. Vanilla extract

    ma'am ask ko lang ung formula sa hydration sabi mo pag machine ang gamit 32% pag manu-mano 40-45%. so ilan po ung tubig within the range of 40-45% ? sana po mapansin chat ko. ginoogle ko nmn kaso diko gets e pahelp nmn po. Maraming salamat po❤❤❤
