Everyone forgets that AW had a feature with reloading, if you pressed the reload button more than once, you would use your emergency reload where you dropped that current mag and all the ammo it had left for a faster reload

@@sckecherten8304 it's been a while that detail is better at game. The funny part was if you upgraded your Reloads in Story Mode and press Reload Twice, you'll reloaded the longest reload gun into less than 1 Second 😂
And this video you've watched has the different reloads. One is a regular reload, and one is an Emergency Reload

@@blobman1238 If you quick reload you dump all remaining rounds in your mag if you do, so if you have half a mag then quick reload all those bullets originally in the gun are then disposed of instead of being sent to your ammo

@@Oyebadumn personally hated that vector from infinite warfare. Didn’t use it at all for it’s absurd design. The Atlas 45 is perfect the way it is.
It’s way too large for a service pistol, has a pathetic magazine capacity, and looks really generic and plain.

I used to play this game on my PS4 in 2015 on Local Play and turn on spectator mode to glitch out of the map and explore hidden stuff. Still one of my favorite CoD’s.

it's not a problem to hold the Sten from the magazine in a video game. heck, even British soldiers used to do that with the Sten and the Sterling. it's a video game, so jamming won't happen but the badassery will. just don't flick the revolver's cylinder shut and things would be fine

How bored do you have to be to give a shit?
There really isn't a "best way" to hold the sten. It all depends on the style of the shooter. Holding it like in this game causes risk of your hand sliding in front of the ejection port, burning your hand and jamming the function. Holding it from the mag can also upset balance and weight of the weapon to your left. There isn't a correct solution here
honestly AW is pretty underrated. The cool exo-equipments like the exo-mute, exo-ping, etc. as well as things like the threat grenade were all very unique editions. I also personally really enjoy the upgradable scorestreak system. This game brought so many cool and unique editions to the franchise that never were seen again. It's honestly incredibly sad, i wish we would've gotten AW2 instead of Vanguard this year and these mechanics returned. It's honestly the main reason why i would consider playing AW again

Supply drops defiantly killed any good things that this game had to offer.
I know AW (and even IW for that matter) are never really remembered in the fondest light, but I still love the weapon design in those games. Especially in AW, they felt very unique and fitting of the semi-futuristic semi-modern setting
Also loved the futuristic guns and classic guns dynamic. MP40 and STg 44 r some of my favorite guns ever
To this day I still wonder why all the “throwback” weapons use their real names except the SVD for some reason.

@@ClonedGamer001 I’m not sure, all I do know is that copyright is generally the reason FPS games makes up their own names of guns because they can’t use the official names.
@@Oyebadumn A lot of old ComBloc weapons don't really fall under copyright laws or aren't patented or branded. This is most likely voluntary decision by the devs or an oversight.

The atlas 45 is the most underrated pistol design I’ve ever seen
IRL it would be god awful
It would be the most overpriced piece of hot garbage to ever enter the firearms scene in real life, though. 1-ish inch barrel, overly clunky design, uses a caliber that the modern firearms scene has basically forgotten, and don’t even get me started on the complexity of its mechanisms.
But yeah, the design IS cool.
Thank god you included the little double-tap full-mag-dump reload animation at the beginning of each weapon. I was beginning to think no showcase would ever include them.

Barrel loaded with ammo with propellant between shots, gun mechanism electronically primes the shots in order. It's name is the Maul shotgun irl, was used for underbarrel attachment.

AW was in a weird place considering just how much it changed COD to a rather controversial era and off to a bad start with AW being a rather subpar game. Not to mention the cancerous lootboxes

Fun fact: It's probably about 2-3 seconds before IMR self-prints bullets in its current mag. Though a bit slow, couple it with Extended Mag, you may not have to reload as often.
I remember playing this 2018 on my PS4 this brings me back memories the zombies was ok I suppose but still a awesome cod game

I don't know if anyone would actually believe this but I got a round ending killcam with the NA-45 once and wasn't with direct shots but with the proximity explosion of the bullets. It was really satisfying.
I actually really liked Advanced Warfare for the most part. Especially the weapons. They got really creative imo. The character creation was also pretty cool and the best the series has ever had

It's less of a pistol and more of a handheld death cannon that shoots high-velocity pieces of sharp metal at Targets and since it literally runs off magnetism and quite literally is a rail gun I don't think it could function like a normal revolver
@@jayflow3745 The weapon designs were quite literally made up by 8 yr olds... but that's just my opinion. Mag capacity for a futuristic rail gun should be high as there's no propellent cased with the projectiles... and with a railgun you could have an insane firing rate as more than one projectile could be traversing the coils at a time.
Something that's always been interesting about this game is how many weapons this borrowed from Ghosts. The Lynx, The Ameli, the MP443, The PDW, the Bulldog, it's super weird to see given the futuristic setting.

I am glad they gave modern warfare the more shaky weighty feeling animations. Looking back at some of these, it feels like all the guns are just pea shooters instead of actual guns.
If I'm gonna be honest i actually enjoyed advanced warfare. Aside from the whole P2W weapon variants i think it was a good game and was pretty fun with friends. also had a great campaign and zombies was alright.
I love how theres futuristic guns and weird wacky guns and then the 1911 in corner *bow down to me mortal I was here before you and I shall be here after you are long gone*
Ah yes i remember when playing this game in survival i always pick Bal-27 As Primary And KF-5 As Secondary bcs of the feel of easy control and fast moving both of them are my fav gun in this game and for alternatives i pick HBRa3 as primary and ARX-160 as secondary bcs of their damage and their looks.

Advanced Warfare will always be my most favorite out of the CoD games. My only problem with the weaponry is that they always feel like they lack depth in the sound department. Not sure if I can complain about a 2014 game, but the sounds the guns make have very little bass.
Doesn't change the fact that I will still love this game tho!

In terms of gameplay this was definitely my favorite of the future cods including b02 in that. The only thing that kills it for me and everyone else was the lootboxes.

Agreed, if another AW or bo3 comes out it’ll be great because since the supply drop era is over that means we can still get free dlc maps and guns. All the devs have to do is make the maps more optimized for exo suits
I've loved every COD that I've had including this one the only one that I didn't really like was BO4. It looked good and all but idk it wasn't that fun to me. 1 thing I didn't like about advanced warfare was that ALL silenced guns sounded the exact same and I'm pretty sure you can tell in the video.
