One thing I’ll say is I do hope they don’t force certain “messages” into our faces like Disney is doing. Cast the right people, and if you stay true to the characters and their world/stories with good writing/filmmaking, that’s enough for most fans. If you want to show a bold female superhero/hero, always stick to writing a good character with show, don’t tell elements. Some great examples are in Arcane despite being an animation show (both men & women).

@@mirondover6059 Several superheroes in the MCU don't have secret identities. Everyone knew Tony Stark was Iron Man, Steve Rogers was Captain America, people found out about Hawkeye and Ant-Man and Captain Marvel, and so on. Spider-Man's identity is secret, as is Daredevil's, but they're pretty much exceptions to the established norm. With the DCU, we can probably expect many of the major players to keep their civilian identities separate from their superhero personas. Maybe not Wonder Woman, possibly not Supergirl, but definitely Batman and Superman and probably a lot of others. In the MCU, it's not really a big part of superhero culture so much just as a quirk of a minority of superheroes.
I gotta be honest it blows my mind how many people call for jumping to things so early on, like the biggest issue with the DCEU to start was that they rushed so many storylines and people apparently just want that again
I can see them do Under the Red Hood adaptation with a mix of the story of the animated movie, Batman vs Robin. Instead of Talon and The Court of Owls, it's Jason Todd/Red Hood. Jason is trying to convince Damian to join him.
I hope they give Scarecrow the justice he deserves. He is such a cool and menacing villain and he hasn’t been adapted right in any live action content yet, expect for maybe Gotham, in my opinion.
I hope that the Authority will be sort of The Boys-esque type of film. Lots of blood and gore and some serious moral grey and black areas, like at some point the Trinity decides they need to put down the Authority , because they refuse to back down.
Based off currently announced projects and teases for JLI, I fully believe Chapter 1 of the DCU is building to “International”. Members of that team typically include Batman, Blue Beetle, Booster Gold, Guy Gardner, and Maxwell Lord as the leader (all of which have been confirmed), along with Big Barda, Martian Manhunter, Fire, Ice, Black Canary, Rocket Red, and Mr. Miracle, and sometimes Shazam. Gunn has referenced this team a few times on Threads and interviews, so he clearly likes them. I think they’ll take some liberties with the roster by including Superman and maybe WW when we get her, while characters like Mr. Terrific, Metamorpho, & Hawkgirl are likely going to be this universe’s first rendition of “The Terrifics” (although any of them could switch teams anytime in the future). We’ll get JLI first, then eventually some of the members will branch off to form the “Justice League of America”, which, after multiple projects, will probably resemble the team we usually know: Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Hal and/or John Green Lantern, Hawkgirl, Martian Manhunter, and Wally West’s Flash. I don’t think we’ll be getting Barry Allen to avoid audience association with Ezra Miller’s controversies, so making him Wally easily works around this. I also don’t think we’ll be getting Aquaman for a looooong time because Jason Mamoa’s movies were so recent, more successful with general audiences than most of the DCEU’s projects, and also because Mamoa has pretty much solidified that he’s playing Lobo now. That’s just my speculation, but I think it’s not the most unlikely option.
I need live action DC vertigo films or shows. There’s so many dope stories and characters that aren’t only in the “superhero genre” that show how dope and versatile DC is. It would definitely catch the attention of outsiders to the comic world.
@@matt-tf2ob ok well the last DC phase didn’t do the heroes right . Batman was killing people And shooting guns . None of the DCU movies are even out yet so quit your crying . And guardians of the galaxy trilogy is reviewed highly by most critics
-Speaking of Jason Todd Would be neat if he has already died and maybe that's one of the points of conflict between Bruce and Damien during The Brave and the Bold, maybe he doesn't feel like raising another kid cuz of what happened to Jason. All that to say, imagine Arkham Knight being set up during the Arkham series, then we go to The Brave and the Bold where Bruce's arc would be dealing with the loss of Jason through Damien, only for Jason to come back in the next DCU Batman project, I think it would be a neat "trilogy" of sorts -On the topic of a Jimmy Olsen show I think it would be fun if they take a page out of "The Boys" and have their own version of "Seven on 7" from the Vought Int YT channel
I think in my mind that I would like to see is a Red Hood TV Series based on the 2016 Red Hood and the Outlaws comic in the same atmosphere as the Kingsman movies.
Love the vid Boba! I'd really like to hit the ground running as you said. It can give you the feel of jumping into a comic run that has been going for a long time, or a game that puts you right into the action without needing to meticulously drag you through origin-stories for each and every character. It doesn't mean that characters are going to be underdeveloped, it can work really well, as it did in JLU, by having a bunch of heroes frequent an orbiting space station, the audience will be familiarized with them through their ongoing participation in the mission at hand. Some less known heroes can have their debut in this manner by interacting with the already established core members. By the way, I believe ConstanTEEN is the more correct pronunciation lol, the name apparently derives from roman latin or greek and I don't believe they had the english-sounding "I", but of course it has been adapted into english, so you can feel free to say it eitherway. Thanks for the entertainment!
The possibility of missing Bat Family events like Dick Grayson’s Robin days does suck, but who’s to say we can’t get prequel movies/shows? For example, what if we got a Teen Titans trilogy that has a young Grayson as Robin working with the Titans? We don’t need every project taking place after the one before, especially with the focus being on characters and storytelling
I want the DCU Batman to finally give the character some justice to his intelligence. This is supposed to be a man who is so intelligent that it is fantastical. I want a Batman that creates insane gadgets and knows everything about everyone (including how to neutralize them). His mind is his greatest ability.
Superman has a higher IQ than Bruce Wayne and Lex Luther yet than always dumb him down around these characters to play on the whole Batman is so smart thing which makes no sense.
@@Ronrukhe actually doesn’t… not sure why you think that. Canonically, lex luthor has the highest IQ, with Batman right behind him, and mr terrific in third place.
What would I like to see? 1. Batman called Wonder Woman the world's greatest melee fighter. I want to see that. Imagine someone with nearly the power of Superman with better than Batman fighting ability. I can see this working in something like a gladiatorial situation on Warworld. 2. Mr Miracle and Big Barda as a Max series. This should be the beginning of the 4th world saga. 3. a Star Wars-esque Green Lantern movie. This means it takes place in space and on alien worlds.
I just wanted them to make Batman as good as in the Arkham Games & don't forget "Man" in Superman. As Batman said, Superman real weakness is his Kindness and not Kryptonite. (Also don't make Kryptonite accessible to anyone since Comics said that that stone is Rare)
*I want Constantine - if they do a movie on him* to be like a Danny Boyle film.. something like “Train-spotting” NO ACTION. NO CGI DEMONS. just a guy struggling with addiction - who’s past as a conman makes it impossible to tell if he has magic or if he’s lying as part of another scheme.. his stories delve into addiction and trauma so well. They could make it for less than $10 million.
I know the movies are supposed to not be very connected so that anyone can watch whichever movie without watching the other ones, but I really hope that there still is a kind of connection some how, kinda like the mcu. And in the end, they’ll be a final battle like the endgame movie.
The mcu did it wrong after phase 1. The magic of a cinematic universe is characters and tones colliding in interesting ways. It’s not as interesting if everything feels like it comes from the same movie with different characters
The connectivity will be mostly fan serviced based, then required watching for casual viewers. Gunn knows he needs to set up his DCU much differently than the MCU.
Quick question Boba and Boba viewers. Do you guys think there's ever a possibility to see a Supersons project? With them introducing Damian so early but Superman being at the start of his career and likely not a father that's been married to Lois for years makes me think that by the time Jon Kent would get introduced Damian would be like 20 years old. I know they're also not the most popular premiere super teams in DC but I've always loved their friendship dynamic and wonder if it's in any way possible in the DCU
Under the Red Hood could slide so easily into this universe. We meet Bruce shortly after “failing” Jason, when suddenly he’s met with his own flesh and blood, and he has to learn to open up again. Then, the sequel reintroduces that failure.
I'd say have a couple Batman v Joker movies inbetween, alongside some Jason Todd Robin appearances just so that you can get some mileage out of them, before having Jayson kill the Joker and complete his revenge.
What I Need & Want In The DCU Is: 1. The Justice Incarnate 2. Calvin Ellis/Superman 3. Dr. Khalid Nassour/Doctor Fate 4. The Original Justice League As The Founding Members (Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Barry Allen/The Flash, John Stewart/Green Lantern, Aquaman, & Martian Manhunter) 5. Icon 6. Static 7. A Rated R HellBlazer Series 8. DCU Showcases (This Would Be The DCU's Equivalent Of The MCU's Special Presentations)
For JL International they already have * Guy Gardner, * Maxwell Lord and * Booster Gold will be next. Just add Ice and Fire and basically we're good to go (Martian Manhunter or Captain Atom could be a headache for the production but I dont know. And definitely they wont have Batman on a show. Maybe a cameo to punch Guy ).
I think there should be some focus on side characters like Cat Grant and Vicky Vale like looking into secret identities and trying to expose them in modern day web/ social media it’ll be cool for Cat grant to be this up and comer journalist who has her own online news or podcast criticising superhero damage and clashing with Lois.
If i were tasked with bringing Red Hood into the DCU this is what I would do: At the beginning of The Brave and the Bold, Jason Todd is Batman's robin. Batman picked him up off the streets just about a year or two ago. Jason grew up doing what he needed to do in order to survive on the streets of Gotham, he only had bad influences in his life, so he is a bit "scrappy". He is about 16 years old. After about a year or two of being Robin and having bruce as his father, he is really starting to warm up with Bruce. He feels comfortable with Bruce as his Dad, and he is getting good at being Robin. Then all of a sudden Damien Wayne is dropped off on Bruce. Jason now has a younger brother who is pretty much better at everything. He is a better fighter, he is a better detective, he is smarter, etc. The only problem is that he is a dick. Damien Wayne is incredibly arrogant, cruel and full of himself. Because of Damien being younger and a new addition to the family, he seems to be getting a lot more attention from both Bruce and Alfred. Jason feels like he has been replaced. Throughout the film he and Damien have a bit of a rivalry, always trying to one up each other, but Damien always wins. This leads to Jason feeling unwanted and un-needed. This leads to him going off on his own one night to fight crime (or to go after the main villian or mystery of the film). He goes off on his own to make himself feel worthy and to show that he is capable of being a good superhero. He ends up getting caught (probably by Joker) and beaten to a pulp with a crowbar. Then we get that scene where Batman goes after Jason but blah blah he blows up and dies. Batman failed one of his sons. Jason's death could either be the midpoint of the film or right before the climax of the film. Then like 5-8 years later we get an Under the Red Hood movie (Maybe as the third movie in The Brave and the Bold trilogy). After that movie, we get a Gotham Knights TV show or movie with a team consisting of Nightwing, Red Hood, Damien Wayne, and Batgirl. This is when Jason and Damien truly become brothers. Ive also kinda got a pitch for that Gotham Knights show that invloves Victor Zsasz as the villian but its probably too sad lmao.
I'm ngl I wanna see Selina more involved with the Batfamily. Especially after the comic run where they were suppose to get married. Also I think it would be cool to see Selina v Talia just showcasing that Selina does generally feel love for Bruce that she's willing to change some aspects of her criminal life to lean more towards the hero life
Thank you for addressing my comment Boba. Under the Red Hood as the sequel to Brave and the bold would be a great idea. It could also be am opportunity for Damien to face Rhas Al Ghul and give him tremendous character development.
Something else I'd love to see in Gunn's DCU: Batman and Wonder Woman relationship similar to the animated JL series. Reeves is doing Selina Kyle so I'd love to go deeper into Bruce closing himself off to Wonder Woman before opening up, maybe even getting them together by the end. Just a thought
For Barry Allen to be reintroduced, I'd place him as a supporting character as a scientist in a prequel story, and the events of said prequel would cause his lighting incident in a post credit scene. His solo Flash first film wouldn't be an origin story, because the we already got to know him as that supporting character, and he got his powers for some time. I'm just saying that because I think that's the best way to show the audience that this isn't CW's nor DCEU's Flash. How'd they do that? I have absolutely no idea. And, honestly it isn't my job to figure it out for them. I just hope they get it right.
Matt Ryan is the PERFECT John Constantine & yes in in the CW but, WHATEVER! Matt Ryan should get another chance a John. Also Caleb Mclaughlin as Virgil Hawkins/Static. Perfect.
I want the Trinity to all travel in different circles before working together. By the end of Legacy, Superman is the celebrity of the bunch, Wonder Woman is a political figure, and Batman is seen as a bit of an unsavory nutter
I still think that since we are already starting out in a universe where superheroes have existed for some time, there is no reason to assume we will see the formation of the Justice league. We did after all just get a form of that in the DCEU and Gunn for the most part seems to be shying away from origin stories. My theory is that the League will already have been recently formed before Superman Legacy starts and that is why Superman is hanging out with all these other heroes, they are in the league together. We may even possibly see one scene that takes place during a a mission he has with Hawkgirl, Mr Terrific, etc.
That's the direction I'm leaning in too, people are seeing David Cornswet's Superman as a lot younger than he is. He's thirty; young enough to last a cinematic universe, but experienced enough to have been part of the Justice League for a while. And a Batman with so many Robins, who hasn't yet been a member of the Justice League seems like a missed opportunity. Also, if Maxwell Lord is forming the Justice League International, then there should be a Justice League that is already established.
the ending of Brave and the Bold: Ra's teases to Bruce that he has done something unforgivable and Bruce has no idea what it Ra's means. The post credit scene is a figure standing over Gotham City... Red Hood.
Whenever you talk about the JSA having existed, it’s always in the context of WWII. But… what if they were a Cold War-era superhero team, who were disbanded due to a different kind of change in political climate? What if an aged Jay Garrick is effectively an elder statesman of the budding community who gives the Flash some guidance? What if Alan Scott’s children (Obsidian and Jade) are older than normal, and what if he met Guy Gardener when the latter was a greener GL (and maybe he inherited his ring from Alan)? What of Doctor Fate, older versions of the reincarnated Hawks, Dr. Midnite, Red Tornado, Wildcat, Hourman, etc.
Thank you for replying, I love your videos and I understand what you mean, but I really want to see Batman and Superman friendship movie, it doesn't have to be Public Enemies, I just thought it would be interesting to do it that way cuz it would really test their abilities.
I really hope they make Batman’s villains scary. I’ve never felt true fear from a Batman villain in a long time (heath ledgers joker). I think Batman’s villains are kinda supposed to be scary and menacing, and if they pull that off, it’ll be way more impactful and the villains will feel way more important
I found Paul Dano's Riddler incredibly threatening. That neck bomb sequence in the church is one of my favorite scenes ever. It's crazy because it's mostly just Paul Dano's voice and it's amazing.
@@Ronruk he would indeed. I just hope they cast someone who feels a bit more theatrical. I really want this joker to prance around and be constantly joyful, I think that's one of the most terrifying things about a lot of animated jokers. They are always in a good mood no matter the situation. Everything is a joke.
James Gunn listens to my music while shooting his films for inspiration & Superman listens to my music as he flies to his destination 🫡 love the content boba keep it up
Gunn did echo that Swamp Thing will very much stand alone. As long as the ending isn't finite, I think it being ONLY Swamp Thing will work out. I think the green, even if not introduced in the film, could still find it's way in whatever magical film follows.
What i want to see is that since there are so many different heroes in the world that there can be different superhero teams, like the Justice Society, Justice League, Dark Justice, etc. I also want to see each side of the universe get explored (space, mystical, etc) and is in more detail than before. And in the Brave and The Bold, Tim Drake is still robin, so that the is a rivarly between Tim and Damien and that the villain in the movie is the League of Shadows setting up Jason Todd as the Red Hood in either the second or third movie.
I know that this is off-topic, but I think Brandon Sklenar would make a great Batman. I think he'd not only do Batman justice, but he'd be able to give us a believable Bruce Wayne.
17:34 I keep hearing people saying Tim shouldn't be included in Brave and the Bold, as it’d give too much for the general audience to digest. Honestly, screw that, I don’t think it’s that big of a deal for casuals to learn about all the Robins’. Just don’t include Jason in the beginning, hint at him, and then give him his movie later on. This way Tim can be fresh into people’s minds and give him some spotlight, all the Robins’ for that matter. It could even lead to a Battle for the Cowl movie down the line, which would be so fucking sick.
There is so much that I want from the new DC universe. I would love for Gunn to use Wally West for the main flash in this universe, I feel like we’ve been forced Barry Allen for awhile and it could be nice to switch up the Scarlett speedster. I would also love to see Dr. Fate in this universe without nerfing all his powers like they did in black Adam, the suit and the actor were actually really good. And I would also love for black canary and wildcat to show up in the green arrow film.
I'm more than happy waiting 10 years for JL if it's good. A WW cartoon series is a great way to establish WW lore whilst saving on big budget movies or series. Combined with the Paradise Island series.. I'm excited. I need more than huge events. I need the mundane everyday life battles that then affect crime fighting.
All I want is for the tv shows to be more than 6 episodes like marvel does em. If you’re going to do a TV show, do a tv show, not some weird hybrid thing. I think 6 episodes sits right in the dead zone of watchable content. It’s both too long to watch in one sitting, but it also feels like a movie cut up into six parts making it feel extremely choppy and hard to watch independently. That 4-6 hour time length is the dead zone of media. Long form storytelling, like a television show, needs at least 8 parts to really feel like the time investment was worth it. On the other end, no one wants to watch a five to six hour movie so it’s shorten to, at the max, 3 hours. I really hope they don’t least something similar to Peacemaker. A nice, eight part sage that feels like an actual TV show. There are independent plots that aren’t just feeding into the larger narrative of the story. The big bad is in the background, but we get time to be with these characters and watch them develop relationships. I need slightly longer shows in the DCU, please 🙏🏼
This is my opinion but I think the perfect suit for batman would be the Arkham city suit for a live action batman it could look a bit fantastical but I believe that’s the perfect step for batman and giving him his trunks maybe to make it more practical when battle damaged it could show that is suit is bullet proof underneath
I'd like to see the Inferior Five. Oh, don't get the wrong idea...I'd be shocked beyond belief if there was ever any discussion of an I5 movie or TV series. I'm thinking more along the lines of a brief cameo in some other character's show.
I really want them to base the Swamp thing movie off of Alan Moore’s comic run rather than the new 52. Build him up to truly be the god that he is, but communicate to the audience why he doesn’t intervene(because his only concerns are that which adversely affect the proliferation of plant life on earth, and that humanly concerns aren’t something he cares about: man deforests, pollutes, etc., so why would he help man?). God that would be an amazing movie
For JLI, they could bring back Zachary Levi as Shazam who would be perfect for this kind of show. Also introduce Ted Kord as the original Blue Beetle and have him mentoring Xolo Maridueña as the new BB, as well as bringing in his comedic family.
I want the whole bat fam mainly Red Hood, tim, nightwing, Cass to be focused on and I want my boi red hood to get his own outlaws project. No need for an origin cause he should already be established in the bat fam
I just want wonder woman to be powerful afff. Like I want her to be able to go toe to toe with superman. But because she goes in with compassion she is underestimated so that when she does pop off people are like. Oh shitt, we did not expect that.

How would that set them apart? MCU always does that
@mirondover6059 no it doesn't, aside from spiderman no superhero with A movie has a secret identity
Eso es lo que he estado pensando
I just want some cool worldbuilding man.. so much potential and I think Gunn can do it
I hope they give Scarecrow the justice he deserves. He is such a cool and menacing villain and he hasn’t been adapted right in any live action content yet, expect for maybe Gotham, in my opinion.
Well I loved Cillian Murphy's portrayal.
Gotham scarecrow was awesomee
Definitely need an Arkham Knight type scarecrow
1:33 Think about the kids🤣🤣🤣🤣
I want Martian Manhunter
LETS GO! hour long discussion vid! we eating good tonight
I hope that the Authority will be sort of The Boys-esque type of film. Lots of blood and gore and some serious moral grey and black areas, like at some point the Trinity decides they need to put down the Authority , because they refuse to back down.
red hood is my new must have now that im seeing that. If its similar to the animated film i would be ecstatic
I kind of like when there is some flirtation between Batman and WonderWoman
I need live action DC vertigo films or shows. There’s so many dope stories and characters that aren’t only in the “superhero genre” that show how dope and versatile DC is. It would definitely catch the attention of outsiders to the comic world.
Those are on Netflix the Sandman and Dead boy detectives
@@elijahbryant3435 nah, I need HBO quality not that shit. The sandman season 1 was dope but it could’ve been better on HBO.
1:30 HAHA! He already knows 🤣

@@BobaTalks that game has got me all upset
I’m really wondering how James is gonna pull this off given the gigantic scope and endless possibilities - but I think he can do it !!!
@@matt-tf2ob ok well the last DC phase didn’t do the heroes right . Batman was killing people
And shooting guns . None of the DCU movies are even out yet so quit your crying . And guardians of the galaxy trilogy is reviewed highly by most critics
-Speaking of Jason Todd
Would be neat if he has already died and maybe that's one of the points of conflict between Bruce and Damien during The Brave and the Bold, maybe he doesn't feel like raising another kid cuz of what happened to Jason. All that to say, imagine Arkham Knight being set up during the Arkham series, then we go to The Brave and the Bold where Bruce's arc would be dealing with the loss of Jason through Damien, only for Jason to come back in the next DCU Batman project, I think it would be a neat "trilogy" of sorts
-On the topic of a Jimmy Olsen show
I think it would be fun if they take a page out of "The Boys" and have their own version of "Seven on 7" from the Vought Int YT channel
1:28, Boba is speechless, haha.
The elongated man would be a cool character
I think in my mind that I would like to see is a Red Hood TV Series based on the 2016 Red Hood and the Outlaws comic in the same atmosphere as the Kingsman movies.
I NEED to have wacky jimmy oleson adventures!!!
How cool would it be if the first time we see Joker in this universe is when Jason opens the door to him tied up. Oh my I have goosebumps.
boba is quickly becoming my fav youtuber
The possibility of missing Bat Family events like Dick Grayson’s Robin days does suck, but who’s to say we can’t get prequel movies/shows? For example, what if we got a Teen Titans trilogy that has a young Grayson as Robin working with the Titans? We don’t need every project taking place after the one before, especially with the focus being on characters and storytelling
I just want static shock and I’ll be happy
I agree. Established heroes but no Justice League yet. I think the same should be done with the Titans
I want the DCU Batman to finally give the character some justice to his intelligence. This is supposed to be a man who is so intelligent that it is fantastical. I want a Batman that creates insane gadgets and knows everything about everyone (including how to neutralize them). His mind is his greatest ability.
An IQ of 192 is absolutely not fantastical.
There's a few recorded people with an IQ over 200.
Superman has a higher IQ than Bruce Wayne and Lex Luther yet than always dumb him down around these characters to play on the whole Batman is so smart thing which makes no sense.
Did the Batman not do this lol?
@@Ronrukhe actually doesn’t… not sure why you think that. Canonically, lex luthor has the highest IQ, with Batman right behind him, and mr terrific in third place.
@@CaptainRockoBD I don’t think you understand that they have the highest IQs amongst “Humans”. Clark is not a human, He’s an alien with a super brain.
I need a Nightwing series
Red Hood series pls! 🐐 😏
I hope we see a batman who gets on and actually likes the other members of the justice league and genuinely sees superman as his friend
I've always thought and it was even rumored for ages that Colin Farrell would make an awesome John Constantine
I just wanted them to make Batman as good as in the Arkham Games & don't forget "Man" in Superman.
As Batman said, Superman real weakness is his Kindness and not Kryptonite. (Also don't make Kryptonite accessible to anyone since Comics said that that stone is Rare)
we really need Donna Troy and the rest of the og titans
*I want Constantine - if they do a movie on him* to be like a Danny Boyle film.. something like “Train-spotting” NO ACTION. NO CGI DEMONS. just a guy struggling with addiction - who’s past as a conman makes it impossible to tell if he has magic or if he’s lying as part of another scheme.. his stories delve into addiction and trauma so well. They could make it for less than $10 million.
Facts we need more DC Vertigo
Una película de la justice league dark
Here’s the thing DC is not just superheroes. I would love to see them do like a saving Private Ryan movie with Sergeant rock
Nice, happy birthday to me! Can’t wait to fully watch this later 🎉
Happy birthday!
The new dcu seems very very interesting..Really excited for it.❤️🔥🔥
Been waiting on this because there's been a lot of great suggestions in the community tab
I have dozens more to sift through!
A part 2 to this video would be delicious! @@BobaTalks
I know the movies are supposed to not be very connected so that anyone can watch whichever movie without watching the other ones, but I really hope that there still is a kind of connection some how, kinda like the mcu. And in the end, they’ll be a final battle like the endgame movie.
NGL I want them to avoid a big endgame battle. Cos that battle has no tension at all - unlike the Titan or Wakanda battle.
The mcu did it wrong after phase 1. The magic of a cinematic universe is characters and tones colliding in interesting ways. It’s not as interesting if everything feels like it comes from the same movie with different characters
@@Pondy33 Agreed
A final battle in the end would ruin everything. There’s never a “final” battle.
I Want See Tim Drake As Robin Alongside Damian Wayne in Batman: The Brave & The Bold?!
i want tim drake to become his own hero 😮
What I Need & Want In The DCU Is:
1. The Justice Incarnate
2. Calvin Ellis/Superman
3. Dr. Khalid Nassour/Doctor Fate
4. The Original Justice League As The Founding Members (Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Barry Allen/The Flash, John Stewart/Green Lantern, Aquaman, & Martian Manhunter)
5. Icon
6. Static
7. A Rated R HellBlazer Series
8. DCU Showcases (This Would Be The DCU's Equivalent Of The MCU's Special Presentations)
Your idea of how to do Under the Red Hood is really good and makes perfect sense considering we're doing Damian Wayne who's linked to Ra's al Ghul
This was such a great video! It got me thinking about things I haven’t before. Lots of great questions
Give us a proper Dr Fate movie, his origins and etc.
Maybe Luther has the authority as his own government hit squad
WOW! What is the footage at 11:41!? Thanks! 🎉
Dc universe online I think
Batman Beyond, please.
A live action cyberpunk aesthetic would be amazing
Was waiting for this video and you cooked bro 🔥
For JL International they already have * Guy Gardner, * Maxwell Lord and * Booster Gold will be next. Just add Ice and Fire and basically we're good to go (Martian Manhunter or Captain Atom could be a headache for the production but I dont know. And definitely they wont have Batman on a show. Maybe a cameo to punch Guy ).
Thanks for taking my comment 🙌
Yay! A new video!
If i were tasked with bringing Red Hood into the DCU this is what I would do:
At the beginning of The Brave and the Bold, Jason Todd is Batman's robin.
A lot of things I wanted to see in the DCU have already been confirmed or denied.
Red Hood.
this upload was a gift
My DCU wishlist is one word:
NIGHTWING!!!
Bill Skarsgard would make the best Joker bro. I pray for that casting
I wanna see a full bat family
With red hood
James Gunn listens to my music while shooting his films for inspiration & Superman listens to my music as he flies to his destination 🫡 love the content boba keep it up
Jamie Dornan just shot up tonthe top of the list to play Batman in Brave and the Bold. I watched the Tourist and he's the guy.
Hey Boba (and anyone else who may know), who created the artwork seen at 34:40 of this video? Thanks.
That's done by SmartSheepArt 🙂
I just want a Batman cowl with white eyes.
11:42 is that game? Animated movie?
Hope you enjoyed the family time with your Gma over the weekend fam 🙏
Liking all the new footage lol 👍
This is my opinion but I think the perfect suit for batman would be the Arkham city suit for a live action batman it could look a bit fantastical but I believe that’s the perfect step for batman and giving him his trunks maybe to make it more practical when battle damaged it could show that is suit is bullet proof underneath
I'd like to see the Inferior Five. Oh, don't get the wrong idea...I'd be shocked beyond belief if there was ever any discussion of an I5 movie or TV series. I'm thinking more along the lines of a brief cameo in some other character's show.
You can easily show the Bat Family history through flashbacks and other references in appropriate stories going forward.
I like the idea of combining the story Under the Redhood with Batman vs Robin for the brave and the bold movie.
#RiseDCU
For JLI, they could bring back Zachary Levi as Shazam who would be perfect for this kind of show. Also introduce Ted Kord as the original Blue Beetle and have him mentoring Xolo Maridueña as the new BB, as well as bringing in his comedic family.
Zachary Levi won't come back
I would love to see David Boreanaz play batman in the dcu . What do you think about that boba
Teens Titans need to be adapted in Gunn’s DCU whether that’s in Chapter 2 or at some point.
On Wonder Woman look at the current arc given the writer is part of his DCU team.
