    Loved the challenge of this workout. Certainly had me guessing at times. Great for cognition and switching sides. You are awesome Lauren.

    Great workout, I need to this class more often, as haven’t seen hardly any standing excersises and my coordination needs work on it, Thank you

    Thank you Lauren for a burner. I enjoy doing it . Couldn’t do everything perfectly.But as you said I am moving as much as I can. With practice I am sure I will get better.

    Lauren,thank you for the cardio workout. I found it challenging but I am sure I will continue to get better. It is a very good workout for my old brain.😂

    Lauren, I was able to do this live today and it was a BURNER! My legs were on fire! But as always it was fun! I really felt those lunges today! The knee lift pattern (3rd Exercise) was a FUN physical and cognitive challenge. I worked out on my prep period at work, so I'm starting class a little hot and sweaty! However, I feel energized and loose! Thanks for another great one!

      I'm so impressed you squeezed this in before work. That takes dedication. Good for you. I'm glad you were challenged both physically and mentally. I found the jacks with the cross many people had difficulty with. Glad you were able to get through it without too much trouble. Keep working on this - get better and stronger.👍👍

    Certainly tough stuff at 78, but worth every minute. Lunges particularly difficult but not impossible!

Lunges are difficult - they require a lot of balance and coordination but they are also really good for working on lengthening your stride.
