    Hi from Boothbay ME. My PCP recommended that I be evaluated for PD last February. My appointment isn't until October, so I'm kind of in limbo. I decided that while I wait, I can be proactive by improving my diet and upping my exercise routine, figuring that neither of those things can hurt, and can possibly help. That's when I found your site. Now I alternate your exercises with my usual Silver Sneakers routines. I feel so much better already! Thank you so much for offering these videos.

      Thank you so much Paula and Jon. I love hearing from you. The pace of this video is a bit slower than some of my more recent videos so I thought you may enjoy the tempo even though the patterns are challenging. 👍👍

      Thank you Vicki, I appreciate your kind words. I know I learn best with explicit instructions so I try to do the same for others. Also, some of these patterns are pretty complicated and require some good instruction. I agree, the music is so fun and motivational. Thanks for joining me in this workout. Keep up the good work.

    Hi Lauren, tqsm for this routine. It’s so helpful especially as I find the stiffness on some days is quite noticeable. Tq Power for Parkinson’s.

    I loved this video! the lower body workout was difficult for coordination, so i need to come practise that! Fun exercises at a good pace. Thank you!

    • @laurenlewis6969
      @laurenlewis6969 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Good for you and thanks for your comments. If the lower body part is harder that's the area you need to work on. It's also the area that will improve your gate and mobility so stay with it and getter better. The more you practice the better you will get. This is not a one time video - it is meant to be done over and over again to really work on all these areas. Thank you for joining us - let me know your progress.

      That's great to hear friend!! Practice will indeed make a huge difference to the coordination exercises, as Lauren said. Let us know how you go with it!!
