A great way to keep floors clean is use weather tech floor mats, then cover the rest of floor with towels. Fold the towels up at the end of the week, throw them in the wash for use next week, and the floor never got touched to get dirty
I know each DC is different. Our DC keys you keep everything in the truck. Just take bedding off and have 1 cabinet empty for another driver to use truck.
Well I just finished my second week with my driver mentor last week Saturday out of Spring Valley Illinois. It has definitely been one hell of a ride! Rich I want to thank you for emailing me your pretrip study guide. It definitely helped me in studying for Walmart’s pretrip test during onboarding. But I actually report back on this Friday morning with a 10am start time. I’m put on a flex schedule. I placed my order with someone in the office to get my uniforms. However they didn’t really say how long it would take. But I’m just glad to say that it’s finally official and that I’m now a Walmart driver. Your videos and study guide has helped me in my preparation for this. So I would like to say thank you!!

You can use the time you use to fuel , the wahbay, vacuum , and cleaning out the truck as Walmart Function? I had no idea … Things are still going very great here at Walmart !! Love it !! Thanks for the videos .

So I didn't get to the onboarding because of a email telling me 26 months of driving I didn't meet the minimum requirements 30 months what do you think I should do go to work for 6 months and then try again? And the funny thing I would have been in Red bluff this week on boarding and they would have told me this this week I would have had to drive over 300 miles back home.😢 That's a good thing I rescheduled last week 😕
@Bbbddduuummm123 any time. You can leave your purchased mattress in truck, throw it up top, or take it out. I always threw mi e up top if I was gonna be gone. Never know who might lay on it
@cwtrucker4963 some dc will have a treadmill in the locker room. Walmart has a membership program where you can use almost any gym in America for 9$ a paycheck I think
@ml3truckinginc..816 Take your time with the pre-trip,driving, and backing. Watch the pre-trip video over and over again when you're doing pre-trip keep it moving don't try to name everything under the hood. You'll be fine it's not rocket science oh and watch the airbreak test too

Ok then let me add. I'm on sleeper birth. We were pulling into a rest stop. My use of my phone is no more intrusive or distracting than if i was talking on the phone to a loved one. No rules were broken at the time of me doing what I did. Just so everyone is aware.
Your hilarious. I pull for a mega that pulls for Walmart and dusty steering wheels and shiny rims are hardly the issue. Shit, piss, blood, raw rotting food and meat in the fridge, semen, hair, slime, grease, rats, mice, etc. THAT is slip seating for others and THAT is ALL off the clock. Try that out with FIVE different trucks a week. Load and unload that every day. Good luck.

Uniforms depend on the company. It can take any word from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on sizes. And what's in stock

I placed a camping foam mattress on top of the standard. It helps a lot
