Is the App necessary for use? Could I use 3rd party software like OBS for example?
Honestly this is sorely needed. There's not a lot of solutions for this, and googling wireless webcam brings up almost entirely nothing but wired webcams.
I DO wish you would have mentioned the price.

What is the wireless range of these cameras. I loved this demo you shared. I'm trying to see if I could use a Mevo set up for sports. Could I position 2 of the cameras on the end of a soccer field, football field or hockey rink and have 1 at the center of the field or rink to be able to stream the games for out of town friends and family. It seems to work great in close quarters, but how far away from the iPad, phone, etc can the cameras be and still work without glitching? Any idea? GREAT VIDEO!

I love the system but I would like 4K, not for streaming, but on TH-cam itself, watching it from my iPad, it looks worse quality than recording from my iPhone 13

Awesome concept but why does it still have worse video quality than an iPhone 7? Upgrade the sensors so they at least look as good as a contemporary phone camera and then we'll talk.

I can't seem to clearly hear a difference between the mics you've got in your studio and the Mevo mic... is that just me?
I am looking for a second cam for my stream that I can move around the house and obviously is wireless. Do you know if there are any options for cams that are a bit less than $344 (price for 1 Mevo)? Love all aspects of this cam and it is what I am looking for but something a bit more affordable/basic. Other commentors are right, if I google "wireless" wifi cam all I get are usb wired (how is that wireless??) or I get outdoor security cams or deercams and such. Just need a basic little cam I can set/mount anywhere in the house (and not some $6 tiny cam on Temu lol) Thanks for any help/direction!
I am a one woman show, but want to record away from my desk. So I will be no where near the controls to switch back and forth. Wondering if I can record them all together at once and switch between cameras later when I am editing? Thanks!

The Mevo Starts are great but old. They need to update them, better camera, better zoom.

Unfortunately not a “new” product. Logitech just bought them. Mevo has been out for a decade. The old ones had tons of issues, hope these are more reliable.
