Hey brother I have a question can I only use my computer no ipad with the ethernet connected using streamyard with a hub to connect the mevo cameras and an audio interface like rodecaster pro
why not use wireless connection, add ezcast pocket to transmit video data to computer using 5G. no wire, more mobile, but may last 2 hrs due to heavy use
@potboilermedia I have 4. I've managed to connect them via a switch but can't get a steady stream, I can get 2 to work fine I'm thinking about either using speedify and a second internet source to fix drop-outs and buffering or upgrading to the newest tablet control device.
Thanks! Great basic info. I was searching how to connect with ethernet and found this.

If you use all 3 cameras over ethernet, does all 3 cameras have to be plugged into the ethernet box?
If you only want to use the app to record on these cameras for a podcast, do you need to have the internet plugged into your ethernet box?
No You can do wireless and just do it with Wifi

Do I have to connect the three cameras to the ethernet? or works with only one camera connected?
You don't . You Can pick which one you would like to ethernet .
You can just hook up one
You can just hook up one
if i connect them all to ethernet does it matter how far away the cameras are? will they still work if im not 30ft away from them
As Long as the wire is long enough than you should be good .
It wont matter long as your cord is long enough
Are you connected to internet via the same switch where the mevo cameras are connected too? And is your switch a POE to power up the cameras?
I dont understand what your asking break it down again
So was your laptop connected to the Ethernet switch as well? How are you connected to the internet if you’re going to livestream it?
